Bug And Fixing Instruction:
From some day I got to know there's a problem in this TWRP.So what's it?
- Users are loosing there OS after formating the data from TWRP and also it seemed that after installing TWRP and connecting it to a pc.The device's name shows as "OnePlus 5" instead of "OnePlus 5T".
To Fix The OS Problem:
1. Download Stock ROM.Extract the ROM on PC.
2. Open META-INF Folder.Go to com/android/google.
3. Open Updater-Script file in "Notepad++" application.
4. You'll see written two "OnePlus 5T" at the begining of the file, Rename them to "OnePlus 5".Save the file.
5. Then back to the first and archive all files and folder in one zip.And then flash it away!
But that isn't safe. You might get non working sd card(internal storage). So for that you need to install stock recovery I guess and again install the stock recovery and install the stock firmware/rom using sideload.
If you're still having a problem with sideload and something else,Just contact with @Normas Interruptor .He'd help you to fix!
Enjoy!

Actually, Odin files are related to Samsung phones.
If you build your own TWRP, it will be a simple .img file, flashable with
Code:
fastboot flash recovery twrp.img
No need to worry about Odin / whatever

Hi, I apologized my fault. And the main thing is I'm not taking credits! I'm currently working on the TWRP device tree for OnePlus 5T.So I'll provide my build asap.Till then I wanted to keep it in thread so newbies will get easily.
Or you can close it,I'll report when it'll be ready [emoji4]

This TWRP is not supporting with OP5T, i have tested this on my OP5T and it is showing my phone as OP5 instead of OP5T.

CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
All the source code for CyanogenMod is available in the CyanogenMod Github repo. And if you would like to contribute to CyanogenMod, please visit out Gerrit Code Review. You can also view the Changelog for a full list of changes & features.

If you're a bloody noob and getting confused by following simple instructions, go down and read about using the noob-proof ODIN method.
First time installing CyanogenMod 9 to your Galaxy S II, or coming from another ROM:
- READ FAQs: http://teamhacksung.org/wiki/index.php/Experimental:GT-I9100:Frequently_Asked_Questions
- Make sure you're running ICS bootloaders lower than LPH! (if you're unsure, flash the CM9 Resurrection Edition)
- Make sure you're running a proper working ClockworkMod-Recovery
- Copy GApps and CM9 ZIPs to your internal SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM9 zip
- Flash GApps zip
- DO A DATA WIPE / FACTORY RESET (otherwise your calendar sync will not work)
- Reboot
- Don't restore Apps using Titanium Backup!
Upgrading from earlier version of CyanogenMod 9:
- Copy CM9 ZIP to your internal SDCard
- Boot into Recovery
- Flash CM9 zip
- Reboot
Using the noob-proof ODIN method:
- Download CM9 Resurrection Edition
- Download GApps and put it onto your internal sdcard
- Open Odin
- Choose cm-9-XXXXXXXX-ODIN-galaxys2.tar.md5 as PDA
- Boot your phone into download mode
- Connect your device via usb to your computer
- Wait till Odin has fully recognized your phone
- Hit the start button and wait till the flash process is finished
- Device boots automatically into recovery
- Flash GApps
- Reboot into CM9
- Follow above steps to update CM9 to lastest available version (Upgrading from earlier version of CyanogenMod 9)

I can't choose resolution (OR i don't know how to do that)
in camera settings there is only "Image size < 8MP"
i just flash latest build and is awesome, hope they can fix more bug
Proximity sensor is fixed.
update: not completly, sometimes it gets stuck, but overall improved.
Sent from my Galaxy S II using XDA App
The RIL crashes still piss me off... Even though it's early software from Samsung, it could still offer at least a little quality!
Props to CM-Team for putting up a good build, even though the original material blows a** ....
Downloading latest version. If, i can stop the gapps crashing and the wake up when a phone call appears, then im keeping it
Anyone with latest build can confirm whether external sd card is working? both for scanning in phone using a file manager and when connecting to pc via usb?
Great idea regarding this thread. But you should mention on first post specifying what is working and what is not and also keep up to date with the latest builds that codeworkx and team release on the other thread.
I know you have already updated first post and looks good but try and keep it in a updated kinda manner so just to avoid any irrelevant posts.
Nice idea and will keep following..And respect to all XDA as a whole.
I can confirm external sd card is working on phone....havent tried with pc yet....

Latest build is a good daily for me, the only problem is we can't install big apps such as games and so on
is anyone able to sync contacts with Facebook?

Okay... I could use something like this but, just 2 questions.
1) Will the results from the Emulator also reflect those results from a TWRP Recovery?
2) For the CWM that this Emulator is based upon, are the results based upon for the last known release version or for all release versions?
Thanks!

The GUI is merely a theme, based on latest recoveries
So could this be used to flash ROMs onto an unrootable device? Not "unrootable", but USB debugging doesn't work on it so I can't root it but there are ROMs for it

Where was that Years ago? I'm alomst 24 and My whole Life was wasted on testing ZIPs... Could You please give Me back My Time? lol
Thanks a lot for that! You're a true Hero for Me dear OP. Keep it Up!
Great work as alawys.
I have idea on my mind several months ago!
Can you make twrp theme emulator so we can test themes on the run.
Or you can make this open source so I can make it my self.
Very nice. If the ability to emulate aroma installers could be added it would be really cool.
@Ricky Divjakovski , does this support the legacy environment? Like using update-binary? Shell?
BTW: works starts in Ubuntu 16.04 with mono.
But if these created subdirs with backslashes will really work? IDK
Hello there, just noob question, I used it with a stock ROM with supersu and dualrecovery ( I have stock z1 compact ) and this is what I get, why that errors ?
http://imgur.com/a/BmSNw
VERY GOOD , but it doesn't ''like'' magisk
could this be fixed or bypassed somehow, so be able to continue flashing and reach to the end ?

at the moment it only checks if the script exists via "run_program" and parsing the first arguement to the program that then checks if the file exists, if it doesnt it throws a possible error, shell support will eventually be added, but for now the basics

almost all the latest roms in Samsung galaxy Note 2 these days, include magisk as default root method.
This is a second zip inside the rom zip, which as I understood creates that error

This way , we will be able to test before actually try.
Thank you very much OP.

Hey folks! So as we guys know that the development in our Redmi Note 4 aka mido is at peak. We have many ROMs and Kernels. Many peeps like me are quite addictive for flashing new stuffs like ROMs, Kernels and mods. You know what, people like us are known as "Flashaholics" xD. Yes you heard right! This thread is inspired by @Setting.Out's [email protected]@holic help thread for OnePlus One.
So, what we gonna do here in this thread? Basically we all will be talking about the things we flash and use to make our Redmi Note 4 great! We can share these stuffs here:-
Best suitable kernel for you
Your favourite ROM
Best kernel settings/profiles for great battery and performance
Sound Mods/Viper profiles
Camera apps
Magisk Modules
MIUI themes
Mods
Tweaks
Lets spread Flashaholism! But remember these things:
Subscribe to this thread
Tell other flashaholics to join this thread
Treat all flashaholics with respect
Be on the constant lookout for anything new and noteworthy
Be helpful to those afflicted by posting these new found links
Always use protection when flashing (have a backup)
Don't be discrete about your flashing adventures, share your steamy details
Be helpful to outsiders that aren't as flash savvy as you and answer their posts nicely
If you feel a member is on the wagon, help them fall off by bragging about how cool your phone is
Remember to follow XDA rules
Always thank your developers, and donate if you can..
Little off-topic is allowed
Check thread before posting anything (you maybe posting same thing again)
I will be sharing some important links and stuffs in my reserved posts. So stay tuned!
Happy Flashing

Flashing Guide
Well, if you are a flashaholic then you must have the knowledge of properly flashing a ROM or any zip file into your device. If you are new to these stuffs then do not worry, I will tell you how to properly flash a ROM or any other thing in your android. But yeah! Always remember that you are going to do all these things at your own risk.
ROM (Clean installation)
Mostly we all use TWRP recovery, so I will be taking the reference of TWRP recovery. If you are using some other recovery then don't worry everything is same you just have to find those options on your own xD.
Boot into TWRP recovery
Go to Wipe
Do a factory reset by swiping the button
Go to Advance
Check system, data and cache
Swipe the button to wipe
Go back to homescreen of TWRP
Choose Install and select zip of your ROM and swipe
Choose zip of Gapps and swipe
Now hit Reboot and woilla!
ROM(Dirt flash)
Boot into TWRP recovery
Choose Install and select zip of your ROM and swipe
Wipe Cache/Dalvik cache
Now hit Reboot and woilla!
Mods/Kernels/Apps
Boot into TWRP recovery
Choose Install and select zip of your Kernel/Mod/App and swipe
Wipe Cache/Dalvik cache (This step is optional in some cases like when flashing a new kernel. Do check the thread of the zip before flashing)
Now hit Reboot and woilla!
Just in case
Awesome initiative man, really appreciate it.

Hi sir, there's Index thread available already, so what's the point on making this one? Or am I wrong? Let's change this to family thread, that would be awesome! xD

Hai.. my query is not related to this thread...
I'm having a doubt that is it possible to root using magisk and revert back to stock recovery... If yes is it be possible to install system updates using updater app... Because magisk is systemless and I read some where(not miui forums) that magisk can stand OTA updates.
Please reply.. I asked a few members in WhatsApp and telegram groups some say it is possible and some say no..
Edit, i just saw you replying to my query in another thread.. sorry for asking again
Bro also add link for miui customized rom

OP is really too confusing. I suggest you to remove other devices info and just talk about Le 2 as that would make it less confusing and more convenient.
Edit : Also, you've added changelog twice.
Edit 2 : It's a bug in Xda Labs app. Nothing wrong in OP (ugh)
Looks promising! Keep up the great work!
Just a little note aside: you should change "No devices founded" to "No devices found".
Great job!

I will not remove other devices info because the devices are a lot and i cant create too different threads. The procedure are the same for all devices. Where i have added changelog twice?

Okay now this is embarrassing. When I look at your post via Xda Labs app, it looks pretty unorganized and has changelogs twice and makes it look confusing, while the same thing looks much more organized when I go through it using chrome or any browser. So it's probably a bug on Xda Labs app. Sorry. Cheers.
