You can download the pixel wallpapers port from apkmirror if it's that what you mean

Nope, but this app can be used to accurately simulate an S8 wallpaper (same moving stream of dots which looks identical), it works on all Android phones and isn't dependent on Android version:

I would assume that if it's a S9 app, then it's probably programmed for the S9 camera. You can always add features to software so nothing is preventing the S9 features being added to the S8 app.
Using S9 app with S8 camera will most likely yield worse photos than with S8 app & S8 camera.
The cam apps in play store are more generic so they will work with any camera and the only selling points are the features.
like S8 camera with the mask ...

Tn2009 rom does this... S7 Oreo rom with S9 wallpaper. Haven't seen it done anywhere else.
Can we have s9 or note 8 live wallpapers on our s8 i know there custom roms that have it but i just want the live wallpapers not the whole rom
not possible bcz they are integreted into system so you have to download an s9 or n8 port
