Oreo BETA thread, report bugs, updates and changes here! - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S8 Guides, News, & Discuss

I didn't see a thread for those who have the BETA so I created this thread for those who want to discuss bugs, changes and updates who are running the 8.0 BETA

Bugs should be reported to Samsung I would think so

well yes but last year for nougat beta, we discussed some here in the XDA community. actually seen more bugs reported on here then in the beta Sammy beta forum lol

We have a thread in the normal S8 forums. Just use that I guess, it works better because its also Sprint and U1 people along with Exynos.

Probably soon. There won't be any ETAs for custom ROMs though, but it's probably in a week or so.
Give it a month or two. Devs are people too. You can't expect hard work to just come out of no where
Thread closed, there is an existing thread here: Android 7.0 aka Nougat is officially released for Nexus devices

what about Android Oreo? Redmi Note 3

It's Now boring to flash 7.1.2
So many Roms available for Redmi Note 3 pro
As it is now even available official update of MIUI.
Now is there any possibility of getting Oreo as Custom Rom ???? Via any sources ???
I think Google has Already realized the orignal OTA of Oreo..:victory:
If you have taken your time to use the search button you would have known that there are threads already created for this same discussion. Make yourself useful by also making the rom instead of asking unnecessary questions.
PS: I will be glad to be your rom tester when you are done making Android Oreo for our device
Lets keep all Oreo discussions in one thread

[Q&A] Android 8.0+.

Hello everyone that reads this. Why the Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005 did not get Android 8.0+? I mean customs ... unless I missed something..
See the Android Oreo thread found in General .
haggertk is currently adding commits to the repositories used for this device, but why those commits are so recent is a mystery.
If there's an Android Oreo ROM ready for use, there will be a thread made somewhere within the forums for this device. For now, just have to wait.

Will anyone be making a thread for the upcoming OneUI 3 Android 11 beta for the S10+?

We need somewhere where people can share update.zip files so people (like me) outside the beta egligble countries can participate in the beta.
Or should i make one?
You may have answered your own question friend.
I might if I get into the beta for the SM-G975U.
I have made a thread for the Exynos versions.

oneOS is back!

I just download and flash new version of OneOS . the ROM is awsome, is still based on Xiaomi.eu with small difference ,
also in next couple weeks we will have group on Telegram and be informed of future update, weekley or ever couple week.. but the import thing is the the ROM is STABLE, FAST and SMOOTH!
recommend everyone to try it,you will not regret.
nothing new
Very small difference: boot animation and screen display (always).
Aosp options are gone.
3 months waiting for a Eu rom.
And the brightness is less good.
We will se. We still dont know how often will be update, weekly or monthly... But they use the latest MIUI base. So its the same as Xiaomi.eu , have the same structure

I used the REVOL OS roms for a long time on my redmi note 7 because they were better than the EU roms but the reopening of the site is postponed from month to month. And as mentioned in their previous posts some builds will be paid, pay for a Rom EU?
As you say we will see.
