[KDZ][H815AR] New firmware V20a (Argentina) [security patch: 2016-05-01]

Hi there
Seems like LG released new version in Argentina: V20a.
You can flash it on any H815* model (which means H815 / L / P / TR / AR / etc..)
Security patch is for 2016-05-01
No VoLTE support
No bloatware
No custom boot animation

No overheating issues. Battery lasts around 3hours screen on time per day for me.

I have a H815AR SN:508 from Movistar Argentina with Android "H815AR20a_00_0504" firmware, no root and no open bootloader.
Today, out of nowhere it started to bootloop and I tested everything and it seems it's not going to survive, so tomorrow I'm sending it to claim warranty. this is no news as it seems a know problem and there's nothing I can do.
The actual news is that, while trying to recover the phone, I tried with LG Bridge and the "update error recovery" (while booting in download mode) and it download "H815AR20a_00_0511" firmware. Sadly I can't say anything about this firmware as my phone doesn't boot, but if someone wants to give it a try, I can upload the file to the web. Let me know.
UPDATE: after having a replace, I updated the new unit with the 511 fw. Here my comments:
- The boot animation is Movistar branded (not the typical LG animation)
- Android 6.0
- Android security 2016-05-01
- SW ver V20a-SSV-TLF
and no bloatware.

Estoy en la misma situación con mi LG G4 h815ar muerto. Queda trabado en el boot.
Pude en algunas oportunidades lograr que inicie y a los pocos minutos volvía a morir.
Ahora estoy tratando de encontrar el .tot correcto para subirle otra version de kdz
Muy novato lo mio pero creo que si no es un problema de hardware aun puede revivir.

A friend of mine has a 815ar with personal. Is it posible to flash 815ar free room and/or flash the new nougat version form european room. Is necesary to unlock bootloader? I am almost sure that nougat will not arrive to this carrier locked device. Marshmallow arrived 1 year and half later.

X dedgracia creo q estas jodido... No es un tema de software es q se desuelda el soc... Hay muchas soluciones caseras tempprales para levantarlo como correrlo en 1 solo core (lo cual va a funcionar lento) y hacerle un reflow.. Si tenes garantia ni la dudes y anda a reclamar... El g4 vino con problemas de diseño

I have a problem with installing any type of ROM from the roms (Stock) Up to the roms (Custom) on my Nexus 4 (Mako), my android is in the stock version, 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, this is with the bootloader (TWRP), I already tested several Custom (Recovery), at the time that I will install any type of rom, installs quietly, however at the time I connect the phone to use the ROM, the mobile phone is With (Bootloop), stops at the boot screen, and nothing comes out.

Olá! gênios dos XDA, estou com problemas ao instalar qualquer tipo de rom desde a roms (Stock) Até as roms (Custom) no meu Nexus 4 (Mako), meu android esta na versão stock, 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, esta com o bootloader debloqueado, esta com um recovery customizado, o (TWRP), já testei vários Custom (Recovery), ná hora que vou instalar qualquer tipo de rom, instala tranquilo, porém na hora de eu ligar o celular para usar a ROM, o celular fica com (Bootloop), fica parado na tela de inicialização, e não sai nada.
Creio eu que este problema alguém daqui do fórum, ja teve, e eu preciso muito de ajuda mesmo.
*Nota sou do (Brazil), desculpem os erros ortográficos.

What recovery version do you have? Are you doing a clean flash?

after reading a lot of forums i learned that the boot loop is because if your phone was ever repaired it might have a cable or connecter loose when android boots for the first time it performs a check i found that my headphone jack along with proximity sensor cable was unplugged upon plugging them in my nexus started booting and running all roms fine

Yes, I also beleive there're false falacious information to upgrade the Red hydrogen one from 8.1 Oreo to Android 9,10 & to current firmwares. I firmly beleive even if I can find a TWRP & installed Android 9,10,11 etc...without an OEM release firmware to also update improvements, new features with render the 3D holographic effects unusable & disabled for proper supports, it's the same concept as upgrading to Windows 11 on an incompatible processor & other compatable software features will lack support.

Does NFC work in new MIUI 12.5 (EU ROM)?

I purchased Mi9T Pro with EU ROM installed by default just after it was released. Unfortunately, by some reason NFC didn't work at all (device just doesn't recognize that module) and because of that I have moved to custom ROM where it worked fine.
About year passed from that ROM reinstall and now I would like to get back to official MIUI, but I am not sure, does NFC work now as expected?

I used 12.0 stable raphael ROM.
@Carlitos1335 are you on 12.5 official EU ROM?

Tenia la UE, no funciona el NFC. Luego pase a la global y tamoco funciona el NFC.
