For changing the boot animation of your phone ur phone must be rooted and custom recovery like Twrp should be flashed already..

There is you can try googleing fastboot command for flashing splash img.But theres limited amount of splasging images there is lenovo kitkat one lenovo lollipopo,miui and cm13 so far...just download rom,extract and flash splash via fastboot

I know how to flash splash.img but i want to customize the boot logo/splash screen
Hello... I read the thread about how you can use Android Image Kitchen by osmosis in order to change the splash screen that appears when the phone is booting into recovery, I tried it on our zenfone 5 TWRP 3.0.2 by Xanwar Mov but it had some error that said android boot magic not found... Then i read on the main post that said zenfone 5 is not supported as Asus didn't have standard image.
Then i found an old video that showed installation of TWRP 2.6.3.0 on our zenfone 5 which had a splash screen!
So please can anyone help me to add a custom recovery splash screen

I installed MIUI8 custom recovery on my Lenovo A6000. After that it's boot animation changed and shows "mi". Recently I again installed a custom recovery on that same phone, but that boot animation is still visible whenever I switch on the phone.
Please help me.

That is boot image bro you can find many boot logo by sasukay and simply flash via Twrp.

bootanimation you can find in system/media folder, but to change anything you need root
Bootlogo a guy in OP2 & OP3 Forum made some requested, maybe he switch to our OP5...
