Definitely much better handling due to the minimal bezel. It's almost 1 cm shorter than my previous Mate 8!

My hands are small and i was afraid of big phones... but this one is really good in hand and handling it.

Has good weight distribution at the bottom so that it will not tip over when used with one hand.

[QRCODE][/QRCODE]The glass back make my hand sweat and is a fingerprint trap. The phone is really slippery, I'll have to use a case even if I do not like to do that.
I have big hand and I find it harder to use the mate 10 pro with one hand than a classic 5.7" at the 16:9 ratio, because for the same surface (or mostly) the top of the screen is more distant (+1cm) from the bottom that sit in my palm (with big hand the width is not so important). I would have taken the mate 10 non-pro if it had the amoled screen for this screen ratio reason.
But well, it looks good.
Heating, well, non-heating, is good so far after hours of game.
Buttons are well placed.

Keeping in one hand prevents me to reach the opposite higher corner, and hard to reach the lowest too. Big displays are nice because permits to benefit of higher resolutions and better visibility, but have their vengeance on things like this
Usually it results slippery, so a cover is a must in my opinion both for keeping it protected and rough, especially to avoid a couple of really bad words with a final crash on da floor
This is my cover. Both sides are non slippery.

Yeah, a non slippery cover is this phone's best friend
In my hands, the phone results to slide away so easily. I often have hot hands, and by consequence, smooth hands. On 6X's materials the result is incredibly slippery!

My friend uses TPU+PC case. Very strong grip.
Sent from my Honor 8 using XDA Labs
Doesn't feel slippery despite being metal.
definitely feels good. corners are curvy so phone can be easily carried in hand without trouble. Phone is of 5.5 inch screen size so a bigger one for many but the design makes the difference here and we can easily use the phone without any problem.
Feels good in hand.not slippery as honor 5x
It feels very good in hand nice look and design comfortable to hold but bit of slippery
Feels premium. I love the curved back
feels really premium in hand
Just the right size for my hand.
It feels alright when holding it. The size is really good, but it does feel cheap.

This phone has screen on two sides so you can't put the phone down on a table and the screen is silky smooth and don't even want to put it on papers and stuff. I put it in a tent style, which works like a cell stand but I am afraid the edges can get scratched over a period of time. I wish ZTE thought this through and put little protruding edges at the corner so the screen does not touch when placed on the table, BUT I love this phone, multi tasking and big screen at your finger tips.
Thank you for all the love about our Axon M. If you contact us at 1-877-817-1759 we would love to resolve the issue you are having with the screen touching surfaces.

Takes some getting used to, especially flipping over the second screen could be a bit easier. But overall the phone has a good grip
It's OK. With the second screen, using a traditional case is out of the question, and the folding frame only style ZTE case for this phone is marginal at best.
I ended up putting two glass screen protectors on it so that the back screen is protected when I set the phone down but this does make it slick compared to the traditional dual layer cases I have used in the past.

The feeling is quite solid overall, BUT I have few small gripes - 1) The rim around the back camera glass seems to be kinda sharp (just try to slide your finger across the back camera), 2) the ringer mode switch moves around a bit and feels kinda cheap, definitely not premium like the rest of the device, 3) The top corners of the screen are rounded a bit more than the bottom corners, I noticed it while making an app a while ago and can't unsee it since then

The glass is too slippery, for the first time I had to buy a bumper case, as I kept fearing it might slip from my hand. Otherwise, it feels sturdy and comfortable.
a much sturdier feel than my S10. the height makes it much easier to use one handed.
My p30 lite is comfortable in my hands. Feels cheap compared to my p10 mind. Also I've only had this phone for a few days and the glass back panel is already shattered so not having a good start with it!
The most slippery phone I've ever owned, will not sit on any surface that has even a very small tilt without sliding off, sometimes starts so slowly you don't notice until it's hit the floor
Flat on the side of the bath, right in the middle, 2 mins later smash into the bath, arm of sofa, only a couple degree tilt on it, again right in the middle, 2 mins later bang hits the floor, same on my knee, the thing is made of some frictionless voodoo magic
Got a Spigen rugged armor case today so no more of that
I thought the S9 was slippery but this is crazy slippery
Such a shame the back and sides arent cutted like in p30 pro, cause p30 with that round sides isnt that handy, that it could be with its size. S10 has better ergonomy imo because of its shape. But p30 is still good option among all that pans

Hey guys, I have a question. Does that textured back offer enough grip to be able to rock the phone without a case? Or do you find it's too slippery?

In my experience it has some grip with moist hands. But not enough with dry hands.
Sent from my Pixel 5
For me personally it has enough grip, i was scared holding the 4a because it's really slippery but the 5 feels fine and has a decent amount of grip.
I can easily use it with one hand without having the feeling it could drop anytime.
I thought I was a fan of big phones and was a little concerned about the difference in the size of the phone especially as I had my old 3XL at the side of it. When the screens are both on you then notice that the actual screen size difference is very small despite the 3XL looking far bigger. The 5 feels light and actually better in the hand. I do like the textured back although I will be covering it in a case
