Screen captures look blueish. - OnePlus 5 Questions & Answers

I have the problem, that my recorded movies (from lineage recorder app) look blueish. This also affects captured screenshots, which are delivered by the screen capturing service for android apps.
When I take a screenshot with volume down + power, the screenshot has the correct colours. They only look blueish, if an app takes the screenshot using the android screen capturing service.
I have a OnePlus 5 128GB with LineageOS 14.1.
I attached two sample screenshots: (a) volume down + power screenshot, (b) screenshot taken by an android app.
(a) looks normal, (b) looks blueish (you see it in the white textbox)
There seems to be any kind of overlay, but I cannot find any overlay in my settings. Livedisplay is disabled.

No ideas?
How could this "overlay" could be caused?? I am very confused.

Camera Greatly improved in new rom(2.1.0.11)

Just updated to 2.1.0.11, camera greatly improved.
**In previous rom camera used to take photo in high ISO, about 1000. So, there was so much grain. But new rom uses at best 450 ISO. Therefore image quality greatly improved.(sample images are not of same lighting condition, but you can easily differentiate the noise)
**Viewfinder is clearer.
**Focusing is little bit leggy, specially in low light.
**Flash quality improved. But you have to keep the subject nearer, because camera no more raise ISO above 450,so light sensitivity is less.
**Light Balance is now perfect, no more yellowish photo.
**A new smart mode added. Activate that mode, press shutter, wait a few seconds then three option will come- best photo, action shot, motion focus.
**There is a bad news for advanced users who like to play with camera settings- 3rd party camera app doesn't work anymore, they cant change iso, white balance, etc anything.

Tip: Workflow for editing underexposed DNG night photos in Adobe Camera RAW

I finally managed to spend some time with the DNG files from my LG G4. In other threads and forums I've read that you can't push shadows from the G4's RAW up quite much. Well, being an experienced professional I managed to do it and decided to write this thread. I hope you find it useful.
Below are screenshots of Adobe Camera RAW's window, so you can see the settings for the photo I used. It was really dark when I took this photo and I already knew I will have very dark shadows. I didn't wanted to go beyond ISO 100 and couldn't make it with slower then half a second shutter speed. In the screenshots you can see what it looked like before editing. The settings apply to Lightroom too.
What you would normally do to the shadows in your photos is to push up the "Shadows" setting. In the case of G4 this proves to be not enough. You have to push the "Blacks" setting too. This will light up the shadows enough. I added some push up in the "Curves" too, as I needed more detail in the midtones too. All this brings us to two new problems - noise and purple/magenta tinting. To fix the tinting is easy - go to HSL tab and lower the saturation of Purple and Magenta. Noise, on the other hand, can be tricky. You can see my settings below. You will need all the color NR you can get and the leftover chroma noise will be cleared with combination of "Luminance" and "Luminance detail" - first one will soften the chroma, the second will refine the artifacts of the chroma. Some sharpening will compensate the softening from the chroma reduction.
The 100% crop screenshots are from the upper left corner and will give you a better idea of what is happening. One is before editing, the other is after. I hope all of this is useful to you, my friends!
P.S.: Link to download the DNG file in the example -> https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B9AzM3KL7-I7YnJUTnhvUERQM28/view?usp=sharing

Blurry effect when scrolling on dark screens

Hello guys,
I was hoping to know if you also have this effect on your oneplus 5's.
The best way to describe is when you are on dark screens like twitter's night mode and you have some images with dark margins.
When you scroll up or down, does it appear a trail that disappears after some miliseconds? Like the screen refreshing itself making that trail disappear.
If you wanna try do this: twitter, night mode, follow for instance Nvidia (his logo is black and dark). Then go to home screen of twitter and try to find a nvidia's twitt. When you find it, look to his logo and go up and down. Do you notice something on the image itself? Like a trail of black pixels or blur effect that disappear after a while?
Hope that you can understand me.
Edit: don't know if I can post links here, if not please tell me that I remove it. This link is from Reddit where it appears an image where you can try this effect:

Edit 2: it appears that the effect is more visible on low screen brightness
Best regards.

Yes, I have noticed it as well though I also had it on my OP3. I think it is more of a thing with OLED screens and low brightness.

Yes, I agree. As this happened on my note 4 as well as my axon 7, oneplus 3 and oneplus 5
Yep, I've experienced that once. Dark purple logo on black screen
It happens on Amoled screens when the backlight is low. I have seen the same thing on all my Samsung phones as well.
I also confirm, low brithness OLED screen (samsung s3, s4, s5, s7, op3, op5)
oled are good for low battery consumption and high contrast ratio (blacks).
Otherwise, lcd pannels will be faster and more accurate with colors.

Working Google Camera for Snapdragon Note9 only!!

https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s9-plus/themes/gcam-port-galaxy-s9-s9-t3763849. Instead of creating a new list of information, I'll just reference the link to my gcam port for the S9+ since the Note9 plus is pretty much the exact phone with a bigger screen.
See here for proof it works: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=77463019&postcount=578.
Please read OP before asking all questions. This would not be possible if it wasn't for the great Savitar(@defcomg) and Fahmi(@fahmi182).
Did you try it? It didn't work for me, just freezes.. Also, no portrait working, that's the only feature I use in GCAM.
Please we need an exynos versiyon too
Installed on my Verizon Note 9. Works.
i got download the working version for Exynos version by using S9+ gcam~it works almost fully except front facing portrait. All HDR+ is working on rear but not front. AR Stickers is working also.
Why would you use it? Is it better?
Immediately presents "camera has stopped" and force closes on my t-mobile snapdragon note 9.
Portrait mode freezes and if any options are changed "disconnected from camera" error

Interesting... why would it wrk for some and not others
Portrait mode lags big time. Frame skip 3-5 second as soon as you move a tiny bit. Everything else seems to work. Lots of noise though. Any screenshot of the working settings so we can test and see if it's a setting conflict?

What about Exynos version?

Portrait mode is broken for ALL gcam mods! Noise is really normal if in low low light.. Set auto-correct exposure to times 8 or min iso but that requires a lot patience of being still so I suggest use a tripod.
Hey all.
Downloaded this from the above mentioned link.
Was a bit wonky with some controls, but worked for the most part.
Eventually uninstalled because it's just not worth messing with yet.
Check the attached pic for gcam (bottom) and note 9 stock cam (top).
All standard auto settings, just pointed and shot.
Meh to the gcam.
I like it
Here's some more tips I found online:
BUGS:
If you use Adaptive Display screen mode, then your pictures will appear messed up in the Gcam mod's gallery. In that case view them in the stock gallery app or something like Simple Gallery.
The front portrait mode viewfinder appears to refresh at about 0.5 frames per second, but despite the visual choppiness it absolutely does produce a portrait mode result as expected.
Here are the settings I adjusted to get functioning rear and front HDR+ On (or off), HDR+ Enhanced, and face retouching, and front cam Portrait mode:
Disable camera sounds
BSG Mod > Model > Pixel II
BSG Mod > enable Pixels auto-HDR+
Settings > Advanced > enable HDR+ control
BSG Mod > Final jpg quality HDR+ set to 100%
BSG Mod > enable Portrait mode on all models
Bonus settings that I tried that don't break things:
BSG Mod > Zoom in Portrait Mode Front camera set to 1.0(without zoom)
BSG Mod > Increase the detail of the HDR+ in the front..
BSG Mod > Minimal HDR+ smoothing (causes grainy pictures in low light, haven't checked with good lighting)
Got Portrait mode to work using your settings above phillydon04, thanks. And Portrait pix are considerably better than live focus on my Note 9.
But back camera still has a major lag taking pictures (takes like 3 or 4 seconds to take a picture and have the circle indicator go all the way around. Hopefully this can be fixed in the next update
I used this on my T-MOBILE N9 and it consistently freezes on the FFC. Removed and will use the regular camera and Camera FV-5.
Now the GCam port for the N8 works flawlessly. I use it on my 8 without one problem....well, sometimes my pics are upside down, but who cares...it works!

This worked for me, it took a couple tries though. The first couple attempts to install the app produced a black screen when trying to take a picture, video worked fine however. I had to keep force closing and deleting app data until I got the camera to work. When disabling camera sounds it sometimes went back to the black screen. The BSG mods also sometimes produced the black screen. After around a dozen attempts everything works perfectly.
Great
Working great for me!

Reduce screen resolution (problem with screenshots)

Hi everyone
I reduced the resolution to 1080p using adb everything works well except of 2 things
Screenshots which is not full screen just part of it is being captured
And app switcher is showing a part of the thumbnail of the app like it's zoomed in for the upper left part of the app.
Is there anything i could do to slove this problem?
Android 8.1 stock rom rooted.
