You were right, also I turn on high performance and then could reach max performance. Just this Chinese letters are weird. Anyone seen it before?

I just installed the OTA (183.46.10.XT907), and have been playing around with it a little while it recharges. I've noticed that my touches weren't doing what I intended at all, so I investigated.
This is with the phone plugged in ...

Sometimes, the difference is more drastic, but those are hard to get screenshots of. Is this affecting anyone else?
Recently I discovered Safe Mode. It is very useful especially if you suspect a rogue app is acting out.

Anyways I would like to ask which do you think better? It's probably very good on the battery too and it gives you all the phone apps available.
Ugh...I seem to have the dreaded Android System/OS battery bug. I saw exact same issue in S6. Come on Samsung, get with it man!!! A hard reset cleared it up last time. I certainly don't want to do that as I just got everything setup the way I want it.
Anyone have any ideas?

Ever since I started using oreo(stock) I noticed some sound latency that once you're aware of is a real nuisance.
I ran some tests and it's around 200ms. Any workaround ideas? Thank you.
