[Q] Difference between 498 and 498H

Hello!
So I was planning to buy this phone but Flipkart showed me two variants for it 498 and 498H. Does anyone know the difference between them? I tried comparing through flipkart and Google but couldn't find any satisfactory results.
The product new since there are no verified purchase reviews and is sold by WSRetail themselves, so there's no doubt about the genuineness.

"H" stands for Hindi & other regional language support...
btw both are android one & receive updates....
