i flashed the moto g 4 Firmware in my moto g4 plus and now when i try to flash moto g4 plus firmware its shows moto g4 in the about phone but in recovery mode my pc shows that it is moto g4 plus and i also restore my back up but still getting the same problem whats the problem its a kernel problem or bootloader ?
can anyone tell me which file in firmware contains the model number n all

Check on the box for the correct modelnumber and download that firmware .

https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/how-to/moto-g4-plus-xt1643-updated-signed-t3460695 is one such stock ROM, with the most recent build of MM. No idea about an all in one tool, best bet might be to install minimal ADB and use the included script (the instructions say it's got OEM lock.bat) or copy paste each of the instructions into ADB.
