As CM10.1 has hit the general release, Avatar Team is branching with stable and nightly releases.
Stable releases are marked as 3.0. This is the first stable release from Avatar Team. Stable releases will be weekly or bi-weekly and will be tested extensively by our testing team.
Nightly releases will kickstart in a few days. We will merge CM changes every day and it will also contain experimental features from Avatar.
We highly recommend to wipe cache/data/dalvik before flashing the stable releases.

Changed location tracking time options from locations page. Put a "recommanded" text for 4 hours option and removed "5 minutes" tracking time.

We have tested MMS and it works. We have integrated seeder entropy fix into the ROM. We have noticed good performance improvements. Try it once and i am sure you will not be disappointed.

Can I somehow add Xiaomi backup account? WOuld be much appreciated.

20121212 version is not compatible with 4.1.x (http://wiki.rootzwiki.com/Google_Apps)
It is not possible to use Xiaomi backup as it is closed source.

Few hours from now, we will be building AvatarROM for 26 devices. We are excited as it is one of our biggest update and we are upgrading to 4.2.1.

OTA Fixes
Lockscreen fix - time not coming along with unlocker
Launcher updated with profiles
Weebo app (Tasker like application - Beta). Currently supported only in 4.1.2.
Latest merge with CM code base
Bug fixes, Performace improvements and many more
Issues: (only in 4.2.2)
When lockscreen is set to slide and if the phone goes to landscape mode, the graphics are distorted and sometimes phone cannot be unlocked. We are working on the FIX.
Work around
1. If the issue occurs, pull down the statusbar, go to settings and you will have access to you phone.
2. Don't set lockscreen to slide and instead choose any other security mechanism.
3. Disable phone rotation.

Great ROM no issues yet, one thing though I found out the hard way that it isn't big mem patched Lol thanks for hard work
