Sounds like a hardware issue (BLOD) but you won't know until you wipe the device PROPERLY and flash a stock ROM. One way to do this is to install a full Google image using flash-all.bat. Your situation is precisely why Google posts full images with instructions on the same page on how to restore your device to it's "out of the box" state. If after flashing stock your phone is still bootlooping and/or you cannot access Recovery mode (ADB), then you're done. Either RMA the phone if eligible, or find a replacement.

LG G2 Bootloop + Charging problems

Hey guys,
So I am currently stuck in a boot loop. I tried installing a new rom but upon reboot it did not but stay at the LG splash screen.
That was the beginning of my problems and eventually led to my TWRP recovery being corrupted, as well as my phone being out of battery. I can not get it to charge at all even while twrp was working. i have tried flashing it multiple times to the stock firmware however the phone does not charge in download mode and just turns off before the flash is complete.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Phone won't boot! Please HELP!

This problem started when I moved back to Arya from a 5.1.1 port few days ago. I didn't bother much, cause I keep my phone on always, but whenever I wanted to go to Recovery or reboot the phone it would not boot, would stuck at the Note 3 N9005 logo and I had to do a battery pull to solve the problem, so yesterday I thought about flashing a stock ROM via Odin, and now the phone won't boot at all regardless of the battery pull method!
I can't enter recovery either, it stays at the Entering recovery (SELinux status screen) for a few seconds and then just a black screen with nothing at all. I did flash the TWRP tar image via Odin after flashing stock ROM yesterday, so that I can do a complete wipe, but nah, can't enter TWRP. Download mode however works after a battery pull.
Here is a video, probably the worst quality video you have seen lately, but it still does show the problem  So kindly tell me what to do! I have a non working phone for over 12 hours now, and I am realising how much I depend on a phone now, that feeling is inexpressible.
how did you solve it ?

Not sure if your phone fixed?
I faced the same problem this afternoon but i managed to fix it with QFIL with ROW + Chinese modem file (Yeah, I am having CN edition)
I still stuck with 5.0.2 now but is ROW instead of CN ROM.
i failed to fastboot flash recovery twrp.img as always hit "Waiting for Device"
I also failed to get into bootloader too

I have the same problem as well with only blue LED lighting up and also did all the steps you did. It started with random reboots, then the blue screen reboot and now just the blue LED. Even with power plugged in it doesn't seem to be charging either. Anyone have any ideas?

Try getting the hardware checked.

My 6P is on a bootloop

Hi,
I was using my phone when it suddenly turned off and got stuck on a bootloop, every time the bootup stops a the white Google logo at the start. I accessed Fastboot and can't do anything beyond that, it doesn't launch recovery. I tried to flash it with the latest google images but to no avail, the process goes as usual but when the phone restarts it gets stuck gain.
What should I do? Is this the Nexus 6P's bootloop problem I've been reading about on some blogs?

Yes, BLOD and no recovery mode. It is a hardware issue. Nothing can be done from a software/flashing perspective. Hopefully you have a warranty of some type. Otherwise it's time for a new phone.
