Unfortunately TGY firmware is not compatible with other firmware (including TTT region)
Now you will need the PIT file to flash with the appropriate firmware (with the option Re-Partition selected).
- If you want to flash TGY firmware, you will need the PIT file from TGY device.
- If you want to flash TTT firmware, you will need the original PIT file from your device.
And note that do not flash back to the 4.3 as that may brick your device.
Try to flash only 4.4.2 from now on.
Thanks for your informative reply.
Do you know where I can download TTT or TGY pit file?
Most sites only have the ROM but not pit files
Thanks alot for your advice.
I successfully flash the TGY ROM via Odin using a TGY Pit with Re-Partition option
Phone reboot stuck at "Samsung Logo" ... go to Recovery ... reset data .. phone boot ok !
But keep show S pen input failed...then I reflash via odin without re-parition option... working well now
Thanks !!! Thanks !!

[Q] Note 4 SM-N910F 5.01 firmware upgrade fail Ext4 to small

Hello,
I have a note 4 SM-N910F and I'm from Belgium.
I have upgraded succesfully my note to 5.01 with a Netherlands firmware N910FXXU1BOC3_N910FTPD1BOC1_TPD. However in this firmware the APN for ZiGGO was hardcoded and I couldn't remove it.
In the mean time a new 5.01 for Belgium has become available N910FXXU1BOC5_N910FPRO1BOC1_PRO. But when I try to flash my note with Odin 3.09 I always end up with an error being hidden.img to big and an EXT4 size fail error. Then I need to flash back to the previous firmware to make it work again.
I redownloaded the firmware to make sure (MD5 was correct) and tried to erase the Note before flashing but with the same flashing error.
Any suggestions ?
Thank you

Make sure you are using the latest ODIN version, which is 3.10.6 and run ODIN as administrator.
I'm using latest Odin in administrator mode but with same result (hidden file failed size too big ext4 error). I see in the forum lot's of people face the same problem and they solve it by integrating it with a new PIT file in Odin. However I can't find the correct PIT file for this one..
Cheers

Flash stock rom and when finish then flash custom recovery twrp and phone booted normally.
@toxictoy
Did you find how solve your problem?
Because I have the same problem like you. The only different that my note4 have region code BTU.
I was able to find online a PIT file for the note 4. I used this to flash the new rom and this worked perfectly.
Could you give me a link to this PIT file ?

Download the latest Odin make sure you have Samsung drivers installed. Open Odin put your phone in download mode and plug it in you'll see added in the bigger box on the left place the corresponding files in their respective slots CSC BL AP and CP then select start and wait. It'll go through the flashing process and you'll pass in green in the upper left hand box and it'll reboot and you'll be back to stock

SM-G530H/DV bricked? Cannot re-install stock firmware, No PIT partition.

I have 2 Galaxy Grand Prime Duos. One is working which has the model SM-G530/DS, the second one isn't working which has the model of SM-G530H/DV.
The SM-G530H/DV model is bricked, I think, because it only shows the 1st Samsung intro and doesn't then it's just stuck there until it turns off on its own and its battery is also dead.
I've tried to reinstall a stock firmware of the latest firmware 5.0.2 using ODIN 3.10 but it always fail mostly saying "There is no PIT partition.".
I've tried to download .pit files for G530H but it doesn't work either.
I tried to extract a .pit file from my working SM-G530H/DS but I can't seem to find the .pit file even though it says extraction successful.
Can someone give me the .pit file for SM-G530/DV model???
Here's what it says on the Download Mode:
MMC: mmc_write fail
SECURE CHECK FAIL : PIT
ODIN : flash read failure

[Help] Using odin and the pit files for changing country firmware.

I was trying to change my csc on the canadian s7 edge to INS.
Odin gave me errors while installing and my phone shows Secure Download Failed : PIT .
So i want to ask if i can do it woth adding the pit file? And what pit file do i need to download. Is it XAC or INS? From where to download the required pit?
Or workaround would work that can i install only csc file from INS firmware and the rest of the files from XAC firmware?
Please guide me with that.
