I live in Brazil and my S7 edge csc is ZTO.
The Galaxy S7 flat nougat update was released a month ago and the S7 edge was not released yet.
Always in history the updates for both models are released together.
Do you thing samsung forgot the S7 edge nougat for ZTO? I can't find other reason.
I'm also eagerly awaiting for the ZTO update. In the meantime I've installed BTU version and it's running fine so far.
I think there's no specific reason for this delay. It's just that Samsung messes Android up so much that the process of releasing newer android versions are extremely laborious.

Samsung Release January Patch For S8 & S8+ In China So No Oreo For Now S9 Coming To MWC 2018 On 26th February So First Samsung Announce S9 & Then Release Oreo For S8 & S8+ In March.
Didn't the S7 get Nougat before the release of the S8? If I'm not mistaken, it got Nougat around February, and the S8 came out in April.

Yes, that's true. The S7 F series got Nougat in Jan and US S7 got Nougat in Feb except Verizon in March.

Getting the July 2019 security patch with the update. The Galaxy Tab S3 update is available in Bolivia and Panama and comes with software version T825UBS3BSG4, only the LTE model (T825) is getting the update at the moment, but that should change soon.
Can I install Samsung security updates on my unsupported S7 edge?
