I find it very qualitative, it does not have to blush face Samsung S7 or 8 or Iphones, it is beautiful and easy to grip.
when it is shown to friends, the first wow effect exists, the second screen makes its effect, to have reduced its size confirms this premium status.
the finish is flawless, perfect for me, pity that it is little known and the brand stops selling these products in France.
5 stars deserved.

The materials are not the best as the left side can make creaky sounds when you press on it.
Obviously can't compare to a flagship device.
I like that there is no glass back, though.
For the price, nothing to complain about.

The phone itself is smooth and premium, not too slippy is what I like.
Love the flat back, the phone is nice and heavy.
I love my Mate 20 Pro as the build quality is fantastic. I've bought the clear case to preserve the nice Twilight finish and show it off at the same time.

before buying I was a little wary of the quality of the material of the device but when you put it in hand you really realize that the cell phone is premium quality

It feels really good on the hand
Kind of heavy compared with the Mi A2 but looks like a premium phone
definitely a very high quality feel. it is like a better version of m9 with larger battery and nicer colors, while not being a lot heavier. i think xiaomi is differentiating itself from redmi in that it'll use higher quality materials and quality control and it shows on my devices. some take-apart videos from china also lends support to this.
Very good quality in the hand, feels that the materials are really premium, however, in the back, the sound feels a bit hollow when touched. On the front, the screen has a light oleophobic layer that helps to clean it, although it seems somewhat improvable.
