Need Recovery Flashable STOCK ROM - X Play Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

My phone is having issues and i dou t its cuz of the custom rom. I wanna try fixing sumofem by downgrading to stock flashable marshmallow rom or lollipop. So if u guys could help me thats would be great!

I cant flash back to stock by fastboot cuz my bootloader isnt allowing gpt while to be flashed so thats the reason i really need a flashable rom.
Even if i flash back with fastboot. I can only downgradd to 6.0.1 and when i do the camera isnt working alomg with the flashlight.
So fastboot downgrade isnt the option for me. What i need is a stock or only a lilbit modified custom rom based on the stock one.
Thanks in advance

[Q] how to remove twrp

HI
Somebody here can help me , i want to remove twrp ,and get back my stock recovery. How do i do that?
And if i flash the stock rom does it come with the kernel .
Flash the stock ROM, update.
This will return you to stock recovery and stock kernel, and if you are on the stock ROM now (not a custom ROM) you will not have to do a full wipe. SO you can keep your apps/settings/data
Thats easy thanks

Yes, it is quite easy.
Do your homework though, because you can just as easily brick your phone.

If you're looking at flashing only the kernel, you might check out this post. Be careful with this, though - if you do this method wrong, it is possible to hard-brick your device. Also, it's for the AT&T S4 only.

You cannot downgrade from 4.4.2 to 4.3 and if you have a 4.3
nandroid backup you cannot restore it either.
You will only be able to upgrade or flash 4.4.2 roms and newer
versions of android roms/firmwares.
Oh, one more thing there is no such thing as "denox" LOL
Good luck!

Yeah you can flash Stock via ODIN or you can install CWM/TWRP and use a custom recovery. -- Make sure REACTIVATION LOCK is OFF before you do anything or it won't work.

Flash fastboot
Flash recovery
Flash boot.img
Sideload the kitkat firmware .
(All things mentioned above you get in kit Kat firmware .)bootloader relock is optional .
Also you can later install the custom recovery .if you need .
What's sideloading? How can I do that?

There's no fix to unlock bootloader problems
Return to stock or use AOSP 5.0.2 with locked bootloader.

AOSP doesn't requires changes in kernel
Since we have a kernel made from ASUS for 4.3, 4.4 and 5.0, any AOSP ROM from these Android version will work with stock kernel and locked bootloader.

You can install AOSP from fastboot, since it's an img file. But you have to unlock bootloader to install GApps via TWRP.
After flash all you need, you can flash stock recovery back and lock the bootloader.

Well, I do not want to go back to stock ROM. I just want stock recovery to flash OTA update. I have it for Android 7 but do not have for 8...
I think if I flash boot.img from here https://androidfilehost.com/?w=files&flid=272154 it will restore my kernel, ramdisk and recovery. Am I right?
So, boot.img is completely different thing. To have stock recovery you have to extract it from a stock rom.

Did you manage to get that done?
Use this to flash the Oreo builds: https://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g6/development/rom-eu-lg-h870-20a-rom-t3794503
You can dirty flash, but is not recommended...
This if you are in the stock rom... But i think you are...
