I made a thread last year for Nougat 7.0 Update that it will come on Samsung Galaxy J series. Except J1 / J2 / J3 will not get it.
The dates has been leaked very long time ago and it confirms the update for S6 and S7 therefore other lineups will definitely get update on August or late August sometimes early or 1-2 weeks after, depends on your country.

Different regions yes! Different model codes nope.
According to a peep on g+ the rollout has stopped don't know if there's any truth there

But the release can be very slow, just like the Lollipop update for the S5 mini
Official support ends this year July. If they intend on releasing it'll be before then.
very lucky in compare to the s3/s4 users. so we got our last update 2015 and now another one. great! cant take a long time to get it
I hope it arrives faster than lollipop because I am still waiting on that upgrade on my unbranded s5 mini.

Just to support nico_vo and dars2 statement. There are certifications for F/M/Y-Variants and they are all from 05/05/16. Sadly there is nothing about the H-Version.

Because I will try with SamFirm application to download the firmware.
It is delayed in TUrkey, too. It seems because of UK rom has problems, besides it seems ota update will be available all over the world. CEO of Samsung TR said they are ready and waiting for permission of Samsung Global.

I just read a thread that says oreo update its delayed and the release date is 28.9
It seems that Oreo update is delayed up to 18th December. I just can't believe.
it certainly wont get the newest samsung experience with 8.1 oreo before the galaxy note 9 which launches august 9th

In Samsung Members app, Samsung posted the list of the dates of the Oreo update. J7 2017 was the last one, and it said December. That list was for Spain, which is the country where the updates for J7 2017 are released first.

I was going to post a screenshot but now, when I open the message, it shows a blank page where it was supposed to be the list. Maybe the list was wrong?

I am in the same boat. Mine is SM-G950FD (UAE version) bought from US and using in India. I am still on October 2018 patch. I got a few updates after I bought it, then it stopped. :crying:
I saw that some people who had bought from one country (UAE in particular) had their phone sensors bricked during earlier OTAs while they were in a different country. I hope that is the reason they are delaying updates for our phones and not because they blacklisted us.

Just a thought. Did you come back to India after Feb 2019? I came back during Nov-Dec 2018. I stopped receiving updates around that time. Could it be that Samsung don't push updates if we are not in the original country?

Sorry, I am not sure. In my case, the box had the country written and there were a few UAE specific apps.

Battery seems to be draining fast in this update.

PhoneInfo app has a field called 'Country of Origin'. It shows mine as Vietnam though (mine had UAE specific apps when I bought it).
