land is the codename for Redmi 3S. While codename for Redmi 3 is ido. Note 3 is kenzo.
Redmi 4 are fully compatible with Redmi 3s
All are same as 3s ram,chipset,screen,etc

You cannot install redmi 4 roms on redmi 3s prime because the processors are different

I read in another forum where one man install global rom from 3s to redmi 4. So device was bricked and then he can't install even official china rom for redmi 4 by MiFlash

Am I right that I can use recovery and and any ROMs from these 2 groups? I can't use redmi 3 roms for redmi 3s variant (as there is different hardware)?
Global version is that it has some european LTE frequencies, can I use any rom from 3s version and I will not lose the european frequencies?

Yes, Redmi 3 and Redmi 3 pro has the same hardware capabilities, only difference is the storage and RAM
The same applies to Redmi 3S and Redmi 3S Prime
You can't use Redmi 3 ROMs or recoveries on a Redmi 3S and vice versa..
