Could some one please help me? cause I really want this Rom on my phone

No. The Axon 7 and Axon 7 mini are completely different devices and we do not have an unlocked bootloader on the mini.

Do you mean an update to Android 7 Nougat? If so, the Nougat update for the Axon 7 mini is in closed beta testing right now, so hopefully we'll see an update within a month.
