Lenovo A6000 is dead while trying to install stock recovery - Lenovo A6000/Plus Questions & Answers

I'm describing from start.
My Device: Lenovo A6000 Lo
1. After a long research I'm finally able to install TWRP 2.8.7.7 and then install ED300-CM13.0-UNOFFICIAL-wt86518-Build3.3.
2. Due to buggy problems I wanted to go back to Stock Rom- Kitkat
3. After searching on internet download stock rom Kraft-A6000_S042_151012_WC29 and trying to install it with TWRP, but failed with an error message.
3. Then I put stock recovery using pc. But stuck on recovery mode with Lenovo logo.
4. Again I have install TWRP, and then trying to install stock rom. It shows Installation success.
5. It seems the phone is now in KITKAT but continuously restarting.
6. I tried to go to recovery mode, but failed to do that and stuck on Lenovo logo as before.
7. For accessing the recovery, tried to change the recovery again with twrp. But still no go.
8. Again I put the stock recovery. It's a success this time. I have stock recovery.
9. Tried to wipe caches and install Stock rom & ED300 rom respectively. but faces install aborted message.
10. Finally I have wiped everything.
So any idea?
how to put back stock rom using stock recovery? or, how to put back twrp?
Thanks for reading..

A500FU problem after moving from cm13 to stock

Hello,
I did have CM13 installed on sm-a500fu and wanted to go back to stock rom. Downloaded right version (TWO-A500FUXXU1BOJ6-20151119145810 - 5.02. )) and flash process was without problem (ODIN) .Then i wanted twrp back and i cant do this no matter which version of twrp i use(twrp2.8.7.0-a5ultexx-19082015.tar,twrp-2.8.7.0-a5ultexx-20082015.tar). Recovery flash goes ok but cannot enter recovery.
Phone is always on Samsung logo
My suggestion is to flash again stock ROM, boot in stock recovery and wipe data/factory reset. Reboot to stock ROM normaly and after that you have to follow the steps to root and install twrp as mentioned in the other thread dedicated to it (I assumed you did that once when you flashed CM13).
In fact that's what I did on my phone...
Flash full stock and once done do a factory reset in stock recovery, do this 3 times, then flash twrp.

[TWRP] [G900H] Recovery Flash Successful, But Still At Stock Android Recovery

Hi all,
My Samsung Galaxy S5 G900H, I updated it to stock Samsung Android 6.0.1. Now I want to root it. AS I've read in some of the other threads that flashing TWRPand then the latest SuperSU works. I went ahead and flashed TWRP using ODIN. Odin was successful and my phone rebooted and phone is working fine. But when I try to go into recovery, stock Android recovery pops up. I wonder why?? Can anyone point me out?
try this recovery you will be solved...
juz flash it with Odin 3.09

As rewards hit Thanks
Use twrp 3.0 by fevax i was had same problen but when u flash it reboot to recovery then to systen
I flashed this same recovery earlier. It is not working for me.
It's the same one I flashed earlier. Not working for me. Should I try to reflash the stock firmware and try again??
"flash it reboot to recovery then to system" Important point. This worked. Instead of rebooting directly after flashing. I flashed recovery, then removed battery to turn device off. Then rebooted into recovery. It WORKED.
I think rebooting into system first rewrites TWRP with stock recovery.

Soft-Bricked, no access to recovery.... HELP!

Hey everyone.
I'm really hoping someone can help me. I just got my Redmi 2 Prime today, and before even properly setting it up I had rooted it. It wasn't long before I decided to try a different ROM. I decided on Resurrection Remix and TWRP recovery, both of which I flashed an ran flawlessly. RR booted up, everything was great.
I then tried flashing SuperSU again, after installing RR. Flashing the .zip file resulted in a boot loop, with no access to recovery, only fastboot.
What I've tried (with no success):
- Re-flashing TWRP (through Fastboot).
- Flashing CWM instead (through Fastboot).
- Flashing stock recovery (through Fastboot).
None of these have proven successful..... Can anyone give any advice on how to get out of this mess? I hardly feel up for having to take my phone into a shop without even having had it for 24 hours.....
TIA!
Fastboot flash Redmi 2 ROM. Download ROM file from MIUI forums and read the instructions there. Go to this link http://en.miui.com/a-234.html
i dont know if this comes at the right time, since fastboot is accesbile ,boot into fastboot, and flash recovery into boot(this may sound foolish but you can do it)
fastboot flash boot recovery_twrp.img
reboot, you will be taken into twrp
you can take a backup here,
now wipe all and flash the ROM.zip
anfd it should all work fine
I had the same problem when I switched from MIUI 8 4.4Kitkat to CM13 6.0
But I was able to solve it without fastboot.
RessurectionRemix and most roms esepecially CM based have "built-in" superSU manager. You just have simply to re-enable it on the developer settings. No need to flash supersu.zip,it would just make things worse.Download Flashify to boot in TWRP manually since flashing different ROMs will temporarily remove the TWRP(doing the button combination wouldn't boot into recovery, instead bootloop like you mentioned).
Then I was able to perform a restore on stock MIUI 8.
You have to download Flashify in order to manually force the phone to boot in recovery mode, since doing to volume up+power wouldn't let you.
I don't know if this is because my TWRP version only supports KitKat....or switching from 4.4-6.0 is a big gap.
Thanks for the responses!
I ended up solving the issue, though there wasn't really an issue to begin with. Turns out the button combination to enter recovery is different than stock (both volume buttons and power), though I did re-flash to the latest version of TWRP.
I'm now running Resurrection Remix without flaws!
But yeah, I realize now that CM based ROMs have a baked-in SU manager, it was foolish of me to flash the file without doing proper reading up beforehand!

Phone stuck at boot animation.

I have a rooted Lenovo A6000 Plus.
Today, I was trying to install custom TWRP recovery, after which I planned to install XPOSED framework.
I installed the framework(used ADB). My device went into TWRP recovery.
I rebooted the device, but was unable to go into TWRP again.
So I flashed the recovery again. Again, my device went into TWRP recovery, but this time, it auto-installed XPOSED. After reinstallation, my device showed the Lenovo logo, after which the screen went black. I removed the battery to switch it back. But again, the Lenovo logo appeared, after which the screen went black. After a few times, I just let my phone sit at the black screen. L8r the boot animation appeared (I had a custom one installed).
Now my phone is just stuck at the animation.
P.S. I have tried removing the battery and rebooting many times.
PLEASE HELP URGENTLY!
@adityapathak343, the XPOSED package also comes with a Uninstaller zip, which you would've found on the same page. Just flash that zip with TWRP, and if the phone still doesn't boot then wipe the cache and dalvik partition through TWRP only.
flash stock rom
Download and flash stock ROM
It will definitely going to be ok
Download stock ROM from firmwarefilecom
Just download & flash from recovery
I have link but can't able to share right now

TWRP Loop

Hi,
after flashing serveral custom roms (with open bootloader) via twrp (latest version), which btw worked perfectly till now, i suddenly produced a twrp loop. I tried to flash another custom rom, reinstall twrp, but no rom boots. Only twrp appears.
Because of this i can´t also open the port to flash a stock rom via QFIL. Is it possible in my situation to remove twrp and install stock recovery? I can´t find a corresponding img file.
Thanks!
