The stock nougat update is not out. Only testing. And LineageOS 14.1 based on nougat.

I'd bet LineageOS 15 (Oreo) will be released before stock Nougat.
I use Lenovo A6000 plus. Its stock ROM kitkat 4.4.4 .But can i install marshmallo / orio custom rom without lollipop updation
no, you have to flash lollipop firmware first then update your twrp and you can now go flash 6.0+ roms
