[PORT] Xperia Z Small Apps

i have modified some files in the system so we can have the xperia z small apps working
if you don't know what small apps are here is a video
you can install this port on top of the xperia z lockscreen but you can't install the lockscreen on top of this
installation:
flash this only on cm10 not cm10.1 or you will get a bootloop
