Hey guys, well it's a great day to share another amazing port with you guys. This is the MIUI 10 EU Pie 9.0 Based ROM (Port) for our Redmi 5 plus (aka vince).
I also made a video for a brief guide for installation and also review the ROM intensively, it's much worth to watch the video.

Yes it is, smooth like Official Oreo MIUI 10, everything is working to make it daily driver

bro thanks for this port! this is the only miui rom that I can play my favorite game on without being forced closed in the middle of the game. good job! hopefully, there would be a fix for wireless display because I use it sometimes.

Black Bar in themes app.
I don't think this ROM gets as bright as the stock rom.
Some stutters in home screen but It's Miui stuff as It happened in Oreo too.1
Some stutters when locking/unlocking the phone.
Some stutters at the brightness slider at the end..
Very Minor but I notice these things.
The port is really good but MIUI isn't good xd anyway back to Stock..
The ROM is really good. But somehow the hotspot is not listed in WiFi and couldn't connect. Any solution pls ??

Theme app is okay after flashing the theme fix, and for the other things it's the initial build, thanks for your concern

Do it yourself, or wait for the update
For on-screen nav bar open the build.prop in root explorer, at the end of build.prop change the value from 1 to 0 of the line "qemu.hw.main.key=1"

hi @rashidmalyk. There is a noticeable battery drain, though I couldn't find out what's causing it. I have had 2 battery cycles already, my phone lasted for about less than half than the usual. Other than that, ROM is awesome!

oh no, i like the screen casting feature (to my tv).....
Oddly I just got screen mirroring to work again with chromecast on my max 3 using https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=sidhnath.screencast.

Maybe some other apps might work but I tried a good half dozen before that one that didn't.
why it can see my chromecast in this app which is really just a shortcut to the cast settings I don't know but the icon doesn't appear when I navigate there manually.
Also... I recently got a fire TV stick 4k and it works with that now. (the fire stick interface to toggle mirroring is inconvenient but the connection has been very stable.)
All that said, my MI Max 2 on earlier still connects better.
Can anyone help me with working Gcam 7.3 for Samsung Note 9 Exynos Variant not rooted.
Tried couple of mods but not working at all. App crashes immediately after opening the App.

I have had no luck. A few packages have installed for me and opened, but the pictures it takes will only display as a gray screen. Most, like you, just crash.
The same problem here
The latest version from the zexynos Telegram group works well, way more natural looking results compared to stock cam. Install it, then create a Configs folder in the Gcam folder and put the xml file in there. Then open Gcam and double tap in black area below shutter button and then select the XML you put in the configs folder, tap restore. Then close Gcam, go to settings, apps, camera, force stop, clear cache, reopen GCam and you're good to go.

Mine is rooted, but I finally found one that kind of works. No "night sight" that I can find, but:

Scroll down to Note 9 Exynos. Have to be able to install APK files.
The one at Zexynos Telegram group works well, designed specifically for S9 N9 S10 N10 Exynos.

Which one did you end up using?
The one I listed is old and apparently does not have Night Vision... probably missing other features, too.

I have seen that. But my device is not rooted. So the front camera won't work. Screenshot attached.

Yes if you use front camera then it's a problem, but I don't, never used my front cameras.

Can u share working apk 7.3version ..for Note 9 exynos
I m using PMG 7.2 .014 stable v1
Only back camera working with HDR off
But snaps are good.
Need to check ,possibilities of back camera with hdr
I saw very less development in note 9 as compare to one plus
I used to have op6 before note 9 .
None of the apk work for Note 9 it's not supported i have tried so many apks version and scripts inside nothing work it's exposed or it's crashing so i quit from trying...
I just created a thread about finding a stable GCam 7.3 version by jairo_rossi. I'm on the Snapdragon variant of the Note9 though, but I'm not rooted.
The version isn't perfect but for most of what I need, it works well and is stable enough as a main camera app. See if it works for you.

I've tried it for two days, it's actually good but it has some minor bugs like the vibration strength too low (for system keys or the keyboard) and the screen rotation always enabled on the lock screen and recents panel, details that will bothers you after a while (at least in my case), but overall it's a good ROM.
PA is super smooth when comparing to other ROM, I can notice it when rotate the phone
Using PA about 2 weeks. So smooth. No problem with rotation. Playing PUBG and Mobile Legend is fine. Batery also fine.
Same here.
Using 1 week now.
Extreme smooth.
Good battery.
Gcams working.
FBE and old cam.
Just very few customisations.
Bummer there is no xda thread.

Title days it all, here are my specs
OnePlus 8 pro Android 11
Rom: crdroid 7.4 instantnoodlep
Gcam version:GCam 7.3.018 Urnyx05-v2.5
Config: nrG--Urnyx05-7.3.018-v2.0
On stock OnePlus rom the slowotion camera worked fantasticly, I happened to use it quite a lot. Since going to crdroid and using gcam I notice though I can set videos to film 144fps, as soon as I try to use the slow motion feature on gcam it will pause for a second and visibly drop frames while filming. Checking out the footage is even worse since, ya know, a 20 fps video slowed down is basically a slideshow. I've included an example and a matlog just in case, but does anyone have a workaround for this? I'd hate to go back to stock for something so arbitrary

Check the OnePlus 8 unified forum, it's in the OnePlus 8 section.
Evo X I'd recommend.
It has the OOS camera with working slow motion and wide angle, plus Google photos provides unlimited back up for free at original resolution

I actually lucked out and just installed the newest version of crdroid, turns out they just slipped the port in there at some point and it works great now
