I just recently updated to Nougat on my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime G530M using [ROM][UNOFFICIAL][7.1.2] LineageOS 14.1 for Galaxy Grand Prime G530[H, FZ, M] but I've encountered lagging issues while using my phone especially when using the phone and a call is coming in. Is there any solution to this?
Also, is it possible for me to change fonts on my phone?

if it were possible and someone finally created it for all samsung galaxy grand neo plus devices they will finally run on android 8.1 or 9.1, or on android 10 and maybe even with android 11, but I think that even if someone could do it 1Gb of ram would not be enough.
I own a samsung galaxy s6 and for my device and samsung galaxy J7 / J5 and so on ... which don't support proget trable and there are people who have managed to build proget trable for their device so i was just wondering if c 'was someone who is able to do the same for the samusng galaxy grand neo plus
