Friends,
Now the problems regarding the volte facility to Coolpad Note 3 are over. Just flash the stock rom V22 and you will get the VOLTE facility.
After flashing the rom, just enable ENHANCED 4G LTE MODE from. Settings ---->More---->Cellular Networks. That's all done.
Understood that users are asking whether this works with WHITE color set or BLACK color set. Its common question since the flash files are showing WHITE specifically at the end of the file name. Anyway I flashed the ROM on both the handsets of Black and white aslo and working fine as of now.
There are no issues identified as yet for Calls, Camera, Finger Print etc.

CoolUI 8 based on Marshmallow with VoLTE support was available almost a year ago, though they didn't give OTA update to Lollipop users, but it's available to flash manually.

downloading problem
When I m downloading it.Its said authentication required after half of the software is downloaded.
So,i registered here an then put the username and password in it but it is not accepting it and the download doesn't starts.

I'm at RussiaNBeaR 7.3, based on stock .184 firmware. I miss the PixelMaster app in the RR (and, more precisely, XOSP - my preferred rom), so I come back to stock based. Apparently you can jump from .184 and the first MM build to this ROM (Google Translate, please dont fool me).

To unbrick your phone, try this: [Guide] Un-brick both (Soft/Hard) bricked Zenfone 2 ze550ml/ze551ml
Apparently, the custom MM ROM has the same implications the official one. I was thinking to flash raw image like the @Russiamen upgrade guide. Maybe this way the system would be closest to stock and reduce the brick chances.

According the 4pda forum yes, there is a chance, and the Russiamen let you to do it this way, flashing RAW image and .184 zip ROM.

Its not a bug this will happen in every android fp device you need to first manually enter the password on every time when device is booted up.

Lol. It's true. By the way, they should mention after every bootup that you've to enter password, FP won't work. It would be less confusing.
Update: I just installed this update. There are some good news, battery life has improved considerbly.

its the feature of marshmallow and nougat android to ask pattern or password 1st time when device restarts. It doesn't unlock the phone by fp 1st time for security

Some settings in China, that are not presented in India. But India comes w/o Safe centre and it suits me. Also with India I don't have problems with notifications.

after i reboot my device, i cannot unlock it with my finger print, i need to set up again the finger print unlock then everything back to normal.

No. There won't be such problems.
And, its better to flash before first boot, like gapps.
Unknown command is ok, it's recovery problem.
By the way: did ur ROM has volte now??
And, before flashing this, didn't it had volte??
I tested with the AOSPA rom, which is ported from kenzo

Yes there is not any problem so far, and yes volte is there even before i flash this i already has the volte.
