Not twrp flashable but manually flashable using commands or try rsd lite for automatic flashing. You would need a pc though for flashing these stock images.

Here's the fix for b336: after applying the b336 update, unpack the data file to obtain UPDATE.APP. Use dload method again to update the data files. Build number should change to b336.

Nougat update

I installed nougat using Ultimate Nougat Guide, and now my version is VNS-L31C432B328 (in guide it says its B360 but its apparently a bug) My question is: I saw that a newer verison came out for L31,the B700.Can I just flash the update.zip and additional package in revolution recovery without any data loss? Will it work, and whats the difference between these versions?

I will upload it later. Just wait for my edit.
Anyway, you can extract it using Huawei Update Extractor.

Unzip the zip file , rename the file oeminfo to 'oeminfo.emmc.win' then backup oeminfo on twrp ,go back to system , replace oeminfo in twrp folder . And now restore oeminfo on twrp
Sorry for my bad English
