No ringtone for incoming calls but notifications are working perfect on my P10 Plus

Hi,
I mostly have my headset connected, how can I get a beep through the speaker when an sms arrives (in the same way as the speaker rings on incoming call).
Currently I just get a vibration and a tone through the headphones.
My incoming call notification is almost silent despite having the audio turned all the way up. I reset my device, tried all my notification sounds and nothing works I still can't hear my phone ring when I have an incoming call. The audio works fine though when I play songs or watch videos on u tube.
What rom are you using?
My G4 2016 works almost perfectly, with one annoying exception: when I receive Whatsapp calls, the phone will ring - or not. Even when I use the BlueTooth headset, sometimes Whatsapp will ring like normal through the headset, at other occasions, the music will go mute when receiving a Whatsapp call, but there will be no ring tone.
The issue exists on Android 6.0 and stayed after update to 7.0
Seems like I don't receive whatsapp notifications unless my phone screen happens to be on.

My phone is not vibrating for the incoming calls for what ever ringtone I keep. :crying: And vibrate for calls options is already checked. I rebooted the phone. Nothing works. It just vibrates at the start of the call and at the end of the call. Help me out with a workable solution.
