I just went to a Sprint Store and they did it for me.
Dear He is asking not to change the MEID/ESN of MDN, But to @lter ESN/MEID of phone.
If anyone has done it, it would be in their best interest to not to admit to committing a felony on a public forum.
I tried doing an ESN swap online from a Google I/O phone and it said the phone is already activated. I guess I gotta call and have them do it manually.

we (Team UtterChaos) would like to know if the user community for this device is interested in donating a device to us for development... Team UtterChaos currently consists of me and my dear friend Napstar and both of us are from Pune, Maharashtra, India...
some of u might know/remember me from the Xperia community or here at the Kindle Fire community, where i was lucky to be involved in brainstorming with some of the great minds at XDA to get custom kernels working on Kindle Fire... also i posted the first overclocked kernel for Kindle Fire even though i dont have device with me
i mostly develop for Xperia devices (x10, ARC, Play, etc...) and personally have a Xperia X10 & Xperia ARC... we recently received Samsung Galaxy SL as a donation from that community to work on that device... i mostly work on kernels and some fun stuff (dualboot, modified recovery, bootmanager, lots of tools, etc)... i also have a HTC Flyer for personal use... if u want to know wht all i have created/done/played with u can check the list of threads:

currently he is busy with touch based recovery...

additionally let me make this clear... we want a working device + factory cable (so that we dont brick our development device)... you guys can work out a way to raise funds for this and send us a working device... its priced around 300$ here in India... if someone knows easier or cheaper (BUT SECURE & trusted) way to get it shipped to us here in India (which covers the taxes + customs + Octroi), do let us know...
so what do the users of this community think? do let us know in this thread wht do u guys think...

currently Napstar hasnt set a Paypal acc. (some issues with his bank )

you know, it may be better just to have someone in the states grab one for you and ship it. Mailing it via USPS priority would be no more than $35 and I cant imagine the duty to be that bad on a $200 item. You can pretty much get those at a gas station out here since everyone and their brother stocks them

He he... Thats there... The issue is at the customs... I don't know what r the policies for importing electronics... I have heard some horror stories abt how stuff gets stuck up at the customs office... So don't want to take risk...
