Did you get OTG working on TWRP ? which Andriod Version and TWRP version do you have .
If possible share the links .
Actually we are trying to get OTG working but cant get succeed and also can you share some screen shots?
If you have rooted your device and have some experience on editing build prop then following the guide from https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/general/how-to-enable-otg-multi-window-eye-t3594001 and check whether you got any success
PS: Don't copy paste type them manually.

i think i was reading somewhere that it doesnt support it, but im not sure, however, P8 supports it so there is a big chance that it will work, otg adapter cost me about 1,50€ so you can try it

thanks but now i didn't have the phone i need otg so i have choice with P8 Lite or Honor 5 or Grand prime

No problem, I was going to suggest to use the OTG method to flash in your other thread, but when I found it's not supported in this phone I didn't post.
I'll post another possible fix there in the next few minutes...
Some times ago,developers find a way to activate otg feature on marshmallow but that way doesn't work on nougat.dears please help to solve this problem and active otg on nougat.

I've just tested my Chord Mojo with MM OTG and the sound is full of pops and ticks. I then tested it on my 2013 Moto X and the sound was fine, so even with the kernel mod OTG is not as it should be on our P9 Lite.
I think I will flash Nougat and then look for a new phone that can do OTG natively.
Shame as I think the P9 Lite is a great phone and I got it for a steal as well.
So its back to the drawing board.

i have bought an usb endoscope to use on my p8 lite 2017 but with every app the cam is not working. Otg works since the light on cam is on but on phone i have no video.
The phone is not rooted and it's stock but i can root it if need.
How can i do?

The light could just mean that it's getting power though, right? To confirm OTG you need a mouse or a usb stick maybe
Even on my p8 lite 2017 it does not work and only the led lights on instead. On different tablets work
