Instructions:
Download the file with the link above,
Transfer downloaded file to SD card in the folder MIUI/themes,
Open Settings in MIUI,

and scrol;lable widgets dont work well
whenever i try to scroll the launcher thinks im longpressing the app so thats annoying and how do i disable the lockscreen
