He y guys! Im having a problem with my alcatel phone.. Lets pretend im playing coc(clash of clans) then randomly.. My game refreshes! Like as if i just opened the app.. Even in BoomBeach(also from supercell).. And in youtube when im scrolling.. It refreshes and goes back to the top.. Then when im watching a video..it randomly pauses..in minecraftpe the game keeps pausing.. Like the pause menu shows up every 10-20 seconds.. In critical ops.. My joystick randomly gets stuck and my gun doesnt stop firing till i tap the fire button again..in fb lite..when im typing on my keyboard.. My keyboard dissapears.. Google or any browser is normal.. Also XDA..Im not having so much fun with this problem.. My youtuber career wont be possible if this problem is in my phone.. I hope you guys can help me.. Btw i already tried factory resseting my phone.. It didnt work.. Help me plss.. Im struggling:crying:

Ok, I got the phone a second ago...and it wont stop showing me this video playback of how the phone runs. Someone please help me!
So no one can tell me how to get the phone to stop running the demo every 10 minutes?
Have you tried a reboot or reset the phone by removing the battery? I can get to the videos but I cannot replicate your issues on my phone.
We have a demophone at work that plays the video.. I put advanced task killer on it and killed it. Seemed to have work.

Helllo this is my first post here and i hope you can help me cause this is realy getting on my nerves now.
I live in sweden and we got the official update this thusday and ever since my dell streak lockscreen dosent respond while i have a fullscreen app running.
The scenario: I fiddle some with the phone read my RSS feeds and turn on spotify, ready for a walk to work. Suddenly this song that i dont like comes up and i want to change it...or maybe i just want to send an SMS. But no, i cant open the lockscreen. For some reason it just dosent work so il have to pull the battery out and reboot the phone while my fingers freeze to ice. After that it works flawless until i run spotify again and the screen locks.
Is there anyone that have the slightest clue or have experienced this themself? I've tried to calibrate the screen without any success.
I have no custom rom or anything, the only thing is that i use ADW.Launcher.
Hey guys.. I have been having this problem for a couple months now.. didnt bother me that much but now I want to fix it...
My screen won't rotate.. It worked.. one day I updated and it didn't work anymore.. now I have CM 12 and it still won't work.. I have autorotate on of course.. but sometimes (rarely) when I open WhatsApp and a screen for password protection (app called Applock) pops up it pops up horizontally and turns quickly back to normal.. but I can't rotate no matter how I place the phone.. I installed gyroscope back then everything seemed to be fine (with the sensors) but it just won't rotate..
anybody can help?
Maybe an app that is causing it? Do a full wipe, reflash rom and don't install any apps. See if it works.
Nope.. didn't work.. which is really weird.. is used to work.. I didn't drop my phone once.. any other tips?

Hello. i have the s7 edge and it has a problem. ive rooted the phone and after doing so nothing happened (in a good way, i got root) about a week and a half later, the playstore wasn't opening (playstore kept on crashing no matter what i did), so i decided to restart my device. after doing so my phone was stuck on the t-mobile screen (boot loop) and i tried everything (inc wiped cache from recovery) but in the end i went into recovery and had to reset my entire device. today im haveing the same thing, apps crashing, and not just 1 app, its like google play, amazon, etc... from what i see, its the apps that came with the phone. (sometimes my phone app doesnt work(the one u use to call people with), like when someone calls me it crashes and i have to call them back manually). plz help me. if you would like a video on whats going on please ask for it. note im trying to back up my phone useing titanium backup but when i hit backup (the check at the top right) the app shows loading 1/3xx and then eaither opens another app (like weather) or takes me back to my home screen and when i open it --->back up <--- (no pun intended), its like nothing ever happened exept without a back up. fyi (for your information) dont tell me to reinstall it or something like that cause i cant. GOOGLE PLAY CRASHES AND I CANT OPEN IT!!! Thanks for all your help. and please help me asap cause i have places to go to, and... (GULP) school... i think we all know where im getting at.
