You need to find a device with the same chipset,gpu and cpu,dimensions and width etc the closer you get the easier the porting process will be for you.

Custom Recovery: TWRP
Root: Magisk
Custom ROM: AIM ROM 2.0 installed with fixfiles8939.zip
I have tried almost every ROM in the forum for this device. Every single one of them except stock and AIM Rom 2.0 with 8939 Fix File.zip resulted in black screen after flash. I see really cool roms for SD 410. Can't we have a fix file or something like that for this device as well? It is really frustrating.
Please help.

It depends on which ROM you want to install.
If the rom that you're looking to install is built on android nougat and below, yes, you can install them, and you can simply look up guides that help you install them.
However, if the rom is built on android oreo or pie, you cannot install them as no kernels for 320s currently support oreo and pie.

I've also got a P023, i've unlocked the bootloader and rooted but was wondering the same thing. Would love to get Lineage on this tablet. Was considering learning how to make a ROM and Recovery but i'm away from home for a while so no Linux PC!
I'm willing to try stuff, i've already backed the tablet up so worse case scenario i can just restore it.

Yes you can install it but only to test how it works for SM-J330FN. But it's far from stable, camera not working, you can't call or send messages, mobile data doesn't work, when you lock the phone you can't unlock it, you have to force-restart, speakers does not work. But WIFI works and apps works
