Flyme 6 v6.7.5.10R - OnePlus 3T Guides, News, & Discussion

It's officially available the Flyme for our OnePlus 3/3T
The version is 6.7.5.8R so it's in the beta stage.
Anyone interested? I tried to flash on my 3T model A3003. The rom boots but after the initial wizard i got black screen where only the notification worked.
The thread on flyme forum said:
PS: If you have 3 / 3T users from the official 7.1.1 directly downgrade to Flyme6, card boot LOGO (more than ten minutes) or boot boot after the black screen, please enter the Recovery format data partition, restart the boot!

I tried to format many times, but i got always black screen.
Can someone report other experience?

Any fix for the black screen?

Does this rom support f2fs partition ?
Edit : so this is xs build ? Like the miui 8 xs build I think we need to convert system, data partition to ext4 to make this rom boot...

Yes , but I tried a flash and the device went brick

Is it working for anyone?

It's not even booting for me, I get the oneplus logo followed by a black screen with a white led. Am I missing something here? (I did use the latest twrp and I wiped everything).
EDIT: Formatting data worked

I fixed the previous problem but now it's just stuck on the flyme logo with the spinning circle. I was running resurrection remix before I flashed this rom. I formatted everything and then flashed the rom. (even fully formatting the internal storage) and I also tried formatting the data partition as ext4 but it's still stuck

Installed without GPlay, everything was fine. Ater installing GApps Micro ROM asking for previous account, but just restarts setup wizard. Maybe, installing via Google Installer will be fine.
OP3T, Data - EXT4, now - second ROM.

New beta 6.7.5.10R
Downloading right now, maybe they fixed the black screen...we'll see

[VIDEO] Oneplus 2 Home Button completely Dead !

My Home button of the OPT is not giving signs of life. I got the OPT yesterday and it worked but after a clean install it stopped working.
It doesn't do Home Button Taks nor it reads fingerprints. It is simply DEAD! Help me please????
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o6ro4YtWwrw
I went through a process of rooting, however I'm still not rooted because no point of rooting if I have this problem.
Here's what happened:
After I unlocked the bootloader and flash TWRP, I went to TWRP and by mistake I wiped system as well. I was so nervous that I ended up wiping: System + Data + Dalvik + Cache + SD Card.
So after I had wiped everything off OPT, of course I had to download and flash manually Oxygen OS ! After I flashed it I set up the phone normally through Setup Wizard and when I was going to configure the Fingerprint, that's when it didn't work anymore. So, everything in the phone is working properly except for the Home Button.
So, do you think it could have anything to do with factory reset + System + SD Card and flashing Oxygen OS again? How could that damage the Home Button ALL functionalities? If not, read the final part of this thread:
The buttons on left and right of the Home Button work properly !
I followed these two Sticky Threads:
---> https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/oneplus-2-stock-rom-collection-updated-01-09.347627/
---> https://forums.oneplus.net/threads/...-custom-recovery-root-efs-backup-more.345478/
I have a theory which might help someone who reads this tell me if it could be it:
So, my OPT came with Oxygen OS 2.0.3 and as I wiped the system, I had to flash a ROM again. However it is only available Oxygen 2.0.2 in the Internet to download, which leads me to think that it was a firmware downgrade which led to this problem. Could this be it?
I am trying to solve this for 17 hours ! Please, if you have any idea how to help me, do not hesitate.
Thanks in advance for all of those who are reading this until the end and even more thanks to the ones replying to this thread !
This could really be due to a driver problem.
They may use different fingerprint readers on several devices.
Have you contacted the Oneplus support yet?

I have. But it will take many days, I wish I could fix it asap. So, I guess if it is a driver problem, clean flashing, etc will not do anything ever right?
I have flashed everything from zero serveral times, it just keeps not working
You could search for someone to give you the appropriate files or even a backup of /system
Try the OP forums too.

No... The link I posted was for a back-up of /system but if the issue is kernel related you would also need a back-up of /boot where the kernel is located. Maybe @Jeftha could upload it for you.

somehow i deleted all my os and blah blah blah
so i sideload my opt with OxygenOS 2.0 ( OnePlus2Oxygen_14_OTA_002_all_1507251956_wipe.zip)
and i got my home button back ...yay
then flashed the OxygenOS 2.0.2
still have a home button
Facing the same problem. Wasnt flashing one rom over other. Was on hydrogen OS for about 10 days now. Any true solutions to this problem? Does the above solution work?
I've got the same issue starting today. I'm on OxygenOS 2.1.1 with root.
Going back to stock without root to see if it fixes it but I think it's gotta be a hardware issue. Has anyone gone through the RMA process with OnePlus?

Data encryption issue after cm13

Hi folks, first off English is not my main modus operandi so bear with me thx.
I tried out every room there is for the VNS-L31, CM13 from here, Revolution RC3 from a Spanish forum, Beanstalk and a few others what where more glorified reskins ... anyway before installing CM13 I made a full dump on TWRP but wile forgetting I wasn't on stock but on Revolution RC3, so I ended up with the wrong encryption key for the DATA folder, pardon me internal memory SD ... RRC3 is based on the European Stock B150 with a lot of tweaks, also a not perfect encryption of the internal SD similarly to CM13 problem with the SD.
Here is the main beef I am having, after getting of CM I tried to restore my dump and ended up ****ing up the encryption of the internal memory card. Now I can't got back to say the 161 internalional version and I am kinda bound to the European L31900B versions of the stock rom if I install anything else the accounts like Google or Facebook are not working and anything not installed already on the phone is FC.
I can't format data because of the encryption. Not under fastboot or any of the trwps, tried 3 different ones, I checkted the phone is not frp. I did lock frp and bootloader again and unlocked them so to double make sure I was right on that one. I tried going back to stock with the dload method but no dice data still locked. Delete accounts with root explorer and went back to vnsl31900b130 what seams to be the firmware that I am stuck on now with the ****ed up encryption ....
I am used to flashing stuff left and right but this is new land for me any help would be greatly appreciate ... And my warning DONT SCREW WITH TGE ENCRYPTION ON YOUR PHONE ... ITS A *****!!!!

Nope I deleted everything in TWRP, System, Cust, that is not a problem, the data partition on the other hand I can't format not I twrp, or by fastboot erase/format/-w commands ... Really annoying, never had an issue like this ... Funny that I can delete things with an root explorer under Android and that saving data works fine but the moment I leave the os it just closes up. Even the dump I made can't replace the data partition outside of the os

RevolutionOS on Mi Max 3

Seems like they now support Mi Max 3, they say they removed antirollback from their roms. Is it any good? Can we trust this rom and this guys? I would like it better than .eu which also has antirollback. I'm on 9.6.7.0 China stable, so i believe i still don't have antirollback, so i'm searching for a custom rom.
https://miui.revtechs.me/en/mimax3/
https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-max-3/how-to/treble-mi-max-3-t3827559/page10. See @SUPERUSER's review of it on page 10.
Seems like it has some problems with battery. A problem i had with mi note 2 and custom roms(i don't remember which one).
What is the last xiaomi.eu without antirollback?

Yes I will change back to xiaomi eu in a few minutes.
Came home right now.
I had to offline charge the phone because the amps in would not go over 7 or 800mA and definitely not 9V.
I watched youtube a few hours ago and I noticed that the battery level was still at 48% when I had it plugged in for like 20minutes so I decided to turn off the phone in order to fully charge it. And it had no issues charging while being turned off.
That is a huge setback. You can't use a rom that won't charge the phone.

I did change the recovery from Orange Fox back to RedWolf because Orange Fox showed an error with no-verity-opt-encrypt every time after I flashed a rom that the script did not work.
And I did not flash the debloat zip file V1 and V2.
How I did step by step
Reboot to recovery
Format data
Reboot to recovery
Wipe everything except micro sd card
Reboot to recovery
Mount all partitions
Flashed no-verity-opt-encrypt-6.0.zip
Flashed the rom
Wipe dalvik and cache
Rebooted to the rom and let it settle down,
Rebooted to recovery again and flashed magisk
Rebooted to rom
Rebooted one more time to get rid of the rom being laggy.
Configured every app and uninstalled and froze the apps I did not wan't to use with Titanium backup
Rebooted after installing all modules in Magisk
Rebooted to recovery
Wipe dalvik and cache
Reboot to rom

That's really strange about OrangeFox. Maybe report it to the dev in OrangeFox thread? They're quite good about fixing things.
Thanks for the details. What's the purpose of the no verity script? To enable encryption?
If you run into any further lag, I highly recommend you check out @mario_R's ressurected kernel. It's very good. (Edit: , nevermind, looks like you're already using it)

And can't also do or receive calls, maybe i have to install firmware, but if i do it will work even with other roms? Or every rom has its firmware?

GSI ROMs Lenovo Z6 Pro?

I was wondering if anyone tried installing a GSI Rom on this phone since the phone can have an unlocked bootloader and meets the minimum requirements. There is an android 10 GSI available.
https://www.xda-developers.com/android-10-custom-gsi-project-treble/
I tried a few ROMs, all of them went into "Qualcomm Crashdump Mode"
Maybe I'm not flashing it right, but the post says to just flash it into system...
I've tried:
Flashing GSI system alone
Flashing GSI then flash boot and vendor
Replacing a system img from a fastboot ROM with GSI
All of the flashes ended up with "Qualcomm Crashdump Mode"
maybe I'm doing it wrong...
yeah you missed to format data at 1st through twrp... it's a MUST before GSI flash ! but i can tell you that it's just time wasting... i tried almost all of them.... too many thing don't work really satisfying and/or messed up everything

I honestly don't remember, I tried a few times, with a few different ways
So I can't tell for sure if I just wiped, formatted or factory reset... (I had a few beers in me...)
After failing with the GSI, I wanted to go back to the ROM that I was before (a fastboot_11.0.350)
But for some reason it didn't work, so I tried a few more options
After everything failed, I started to think that my phone it bricked, and I'll need to get a new phone...
But I managed to flash a 11.0.350_ST with QPST (first time that I managed to do it successfully)
So now I'm with this ROM, I don't like it so much, but it works...
I hope now you know why I can't remember if I did a wipe or a format...

You can use GSIs as long as your data is unencrypted. I've used many of them. The main issues are fingerprint, media over Bluetooth and DT2W not working so far.
