Finally found it but looks like just for a new purchase through the app.

It doesn't show up in the app at checkout but it does online through the website. But it says it won't ship until mid July!

In the app, go to the menu in the upper left corner and from the drop down menu hit My Promotions, it was there for me.
I'm not 100% it went through, it says 'claimed' but when I initially did it I didn't get a confirmation screen.
I'm wondering, since the VR deal is sold out, if this is another way to stop the hate for Samsung and allow people to claim this who missed out on the VR.

When I go to the promotions page all I see the "GS8 Pre-Order offer" which I've already claimed.
I don't see any other available promos to claim? Did you claim the pre-order offer?

Under my promotions it just shows Gear VR and say already claimed. I'm pretty sure it's just for those that missed the Gear VR promotion.

It's there for me but the purchase date has to be May 3rd-May 16th. Smh

So it one of those weekend things.
I would of enjoy this more then the vr headset (that i jave 4 off lol)

Of you preorder you got this.

I think you're right, they came back and said my receipt was missing the purchase date. I'm assuming they'll reject it once I send it in with the date showing. Boooo

It's been there for about a week now.
Its been up since the start of November. Nothing new.

Last time I checked they had the coming soon/ registration page for nexus 6.
Maybe I missed it

It's never shown both colors on the T-Mobile site. I've seen that page when it first showed up and it's never had a white option to select.
Even @askdes confirmed no white way back when the phone was first announced.

I could be wrong but I always remember it only having blue listed so that's why I said it's nothing new.
So if you buy the phone outright from t-mobile can you then use it on Verizon?

LOL what a joke. They've been playing customers all this time getting them amped up to come to them for the phone and then they push back the release.
Why is it that every single Nexus release since the original has been a horrible mess of release dates, availability, and price? This is ridiculous. I'm guessing it was Google that pushed it back, since they've also neglected to update other Nexus devices with Android 5.0, but someone needs to come out and actually talk to their customers about this garbage.

Funny thing is, I called a few stores around here (in Cleveland...still a fairly large metropolitan area) and only 2 even knew what a Nexus 6 was...and those two said they hadn't gotten a shipment and were hoping to get one tomorrow.
That was before T-Mo broke the news that they don't know how to run a business.

Hahahah I swear one of the stores didn't know what I am talking about. I said never mind [emoji1] same thing happened to the note 4 the biggest store here had 7 in the store and some had 4. Shame on them. Oh well we can't do anything and just wait

I got my replacement!

The corporate store here had them and I got one! The model number is SPHN930P2BLK
Now to get it all set up again

Wow just called my Sprint store in Sanford, Fl conveniently they just spoke to there samsung rep and they wont have any replacements until the 21st....ha

There are 2 corporate stores here. 1st one gave me that rigamarole. 2nd said, yes we have them, come on in.
Got mine, too! They wouldn't let me change colors, but I didn't really press since I thought I might regret going coral blue.

I was using a loaner s7 edge, and I turned in everything. The new Note was completely brand new in box with all accessories.
I brought only the phone. I kept all the accessories. I left with the new Note 7 still in the box. They activated it in the box. Wouldn't let me leave without activation, but talked them into not going through the setup there.
Just say you do youtube videos of the unboxing and you need the box sealed and they 'should' let you.
I also heard of someone saying 'UPS left me the phone sealed and not activated, I expect to leave here the same way'
I just swapped mine out today at my local corp store. I had my old box in the car just in case I needed it. They let me keep all the items in the new box and did not request any of the old items back. They only needed the phone.

im in west valley utah and they saying they have the replacements but cant start movin em till tommorow!! thats such B.S.
I pre-ordered and purchased my original Note 7 from Sprint.com. I was able to replace mine today. (Here's a more detailed writeup). I had to call around to several stores to find one with new Note 7's in stock. Don't just call one store - call around. I was also able to keep the old accessories (I did turn in my old headsets by mistake, but I don't care about them). The new phone does not (yet) have the green battery indicator.

Every store seems to have its own made-up policies. With mine, it was no switching colors.

Was told by Samsung that a cracked screen doesn't matter, it's still eligible for the recall. Called my local sprint store and was told they wouldn't take it with a cracked screen. WTH

The Samsung agent told me to call them from location so they can talk to the manager. Hopefully I can get this resolved for free, sprint is one greedy company.

I just got my replacement from Best Buy and I was the first person that the Mobile department employee did the recall with and he had to read all the instructions before he could give me the phone and he did read that the phone needs to be in excellent working condition and not damaged.

T-Mobile S8/S8+ Waiting Room!

Since we have a room for Verizon and AT&T let's start one for us on T-Mobile.
Pre-Ordered S8+ in Arctic Silver Shipping 4/20-4/21 but my friend at T-Mobile said they have to list that date by law. It will be out earlier at least on Magenta!
Got invited to unpacked2017, got the Royal treatment and got to meet DJ Koh! Have the S8+ with upgraded promo (adds wireless Harmon headphones and another 256gb SD card) on preorder! My buddy who won the promotion got a free S7, vr gear, and all kinds of other cool stuff, free hotel, over 3k in cash for taxes and spending money, oh and 2 free S8+ on the way! Had one hell of a great time in NYC.

Send away for it. But it can all be done online. I've never had an issue in the past.

Is that a good or bad thing? I honestly haven't had a custom ROM or anything in that nature since the G1. So rooting and custom ROM's I consider to be new to me, in that sense would I be able to do that on this phone because I just read that it has its bootloader locked?

Waiting for my UPS choice email usually know a package is coming long before I get a confirmation!
so i just got off t-mobile chat n they made it sound as if you had to pay 99 bucks for the AKG headphones n sd card .... i could of sworn it was said all galaxy s 8 and s8 plus would come standard with AKG is this not the case or are they miss leading me to try to purchase an additional pair of headphones??

Some people say otherwise... But in any event, registration in the samsung shop app just gets "Registration error". Anyone else?
US only from my understanding, Exynos variant doesn't count

UPDATE - NOW WORKING FOR CASES AT LEAST Has anyone used this voucher code to get a case for their Note 10+? I got the code through all fine, but adding cases to the basket in Samsung store and then adding code brings up a message that nothing in the basket can use the code.
I'm hoping that maybe it's because the cases I added were on preorder? And when they arrive in the store I could get 50% off a nice case.... anyone else had a go or experience the same?
So far it had only worked on the duo charging pad which went from 90 to 45. But other stuff I tried got the same message as the cases. Shame....
every time I've had these types of offer there has been in the small print that it is only on a very limited selection of items and it's normally the stuff people normally wouldn't need.

If you go to Samsung Members app on your phone, it'll pop up on the announcements. I had to follow a link and fill some stuff I think. Then they sent the code in an email. I think like the other poster said it's only a very small number of accessories sadly.

Update - the cases for note 10+ have now gone from preorder to addtobasket. I did it this morning, used my code and got the LED case for £30 instead of £60. Screenshot to show where the offer popped up on the members app.
