I thought I'd ask before I decide whether I buy the play or htc 10 ...

First of all i wanna know
Is there any way which can allow max m1 to use mic simultaneously in 2 apps
For example
Streaming + discord or ingame voice chat
Because in stock rom we cant do that
I wanna ask that can we do that with the help of any custom rom or any custom kernel ..
Or some kind of mod after rooting ?
If any devs know about that kindly reply me thank you
2nd thing is
If any custom rom are able to do that then please let me know the current bugs
I mean i dont mind minor bugs
But let me know some major bugs if there is any
