This is my first post on this forum. I have recently installed NexusHD2-ICS-4.0.3-CM9-SD V1.0. Everything is working great except one problem. I am unable to mute the phone during the call. Even though the icon shows as mute, the others can still hear my voice. Please help me in resolving this. I have searched the entire forum but no solution found.
As always keep up the great work.
Does anyone else have this problem on that rom? Did you told chef of that rom about it?
Maybe it's only oversight which requires little fix from chef.
I believe it's not the only problem. ics is still new to hd2 and therefore many things need to be fixed. but he is right, report to chef

Experiencing the same exact issue here.
Searched and searched and could not find a viable solution.
I am wits end on this issue.

Not being able to mute a call is a known issue listed in the thread where the rom is available for download.
If you can't live with bugs on your phone, then I suggest you go back to your official rom from HTC.
These known issues will be fixed when the chef gets around to it...

In AOSP ICS Roms there is a problem withe the bluetooth audio.
Bluetooth headsets and car radios connect with the device, but the sound doesnt get transferred.
Has anyone found the reason of the problem? or even a fix?
i opened this thread in hope of a discussion whichs result is a solution ^^
because i know there are some others like me who woud love to use cm9/aokp but cant because they need their bt audio (for navigation for example)
i hope for your contribution, im no developer so i cant help that much but im happy with anything

Then you have a solution? If not then have a moderator move this to the development section to make a think tank thread..I'm not downing this by any means because i think it'd be good, but you must follow the rules of the forum

FXP claims to have this fixed in FXP 123. I don't think its up for testing yet, though.
because i'm new user & i don't have 10 posts & that make me isn't able to report those bugs to the original thread i'm writing this new thread
try to use test call on nimbuzz while making a phone call for several times & you will find that the phone will lose it's audio (phone calls,ring..etc) & try to use bluetooth headset while using skype or any voip & you will lose that too

Please search in both 16 MAY 2012][MAGLDR/cLK]TyphooN CyanogenMod and 2.Jun.2012 NexusHD2-ICS-4.0.4 as well in the HD2 Android Q&A and General and HD2 Android Themes and Apps sections first.

Just got this phone...must say...am pleasantly surprised by it as I have been a Samsung/HTC user all along.
Now that there is root for it, can someone please post the following MODs...please
1. Disable conversion of SMS to MMS on crossing a limit of characters
2. Phone call record button in place of Add Call button
3. Speaker volume boost...(I think there is this one already though yet to test it)

It would help if you would post a link to where these mods are available. Other than the volume boost I did not find the other mods and hence I created this thread.
While you're at it.. I need to have a working CM on my phone by Friday. So hurry up.

Is the problem of sound not solved until now. There is no sound in any Rom.
But i search other forum one guy here writes that he solved the problem of sound like this and there is no issue sim2 voice but I did not manage to do anything.
