[TUT] Developer Unlock WP Devices (MaxUnsignedApp = 10)

HI everyone .
Here is a simple way to developer unlock Windows Phone Devices and get 10 MaxUnsignedApp.
This TUT will goes in 2 Languages (Persian (farsi) and English)

اینجا یک روش ساده برای آنلاک گوشی رو مینویسیم که بتونید 10 برنامه روی گوشی نصب کنید
این آموزش به دو زبان (فارسی و انگلیسی) نوشته میشه .
English :
first thanks from Erfan 33 and forum.farsmob.ir .
before starting :
1.first unregister your phone if it is registered
2.Check Your Phone and PC Date and make sure they are up to date.
3.Connect both your phone and your PC to the Internet.
4.Make sure your Phone screen is On and Pin Unlocked.
5.Make Sure your Device has been detected (by Device Manager.)
Now Download This app to your PC and Install it (it's Chinese) :

now Click on the file and Install it by this way :

after a while your phone is developer Unlocked (Max Unsigned App = 10)
Persian :
1.اگر گوشی شما در حال حاضر رجیستر هست باید گوشیتونو آنرجیستر کنید و از این روش آنلاک کنید
برای آنرجیستر کردن باید پوشه ایی که sdk8 رو نصب کردید باز کنید
بعد این برنامرو باز کنید Windows Phone Developer Registration
اونجا میتونید به حالت لاک برگردونید
2. تاریخ(میلادی ) و ساعت گوشی و همینطور کامپیوتر باید کاملا درست و دقیق و عین هم باشد
3. گوشی و همینطور کامپیوتر باید به اینترنت وصل باشند
4. در تمام مراحل باید گوشی روی صفحه ی استارت (کاشی ها ) باشد و از خاموش شدن صفحه و قفل شدن ان جلوگیری شود
5.به دیوایس منیجر برید و از اینکه سیستم به طور کامل گوشیتونو شناخته اطمینان حاصل کنید (در قسمت portable devises)
اگر موارد بالا رعایت نشود در مراحل بعدی به مشکل خواهید خورد
حال باید نرم افزار زیر را دانلود نمایید و سپس آن را به روش زیر نصب کنید :

روش نصب :
1-ابتدا روی فایل نصب برنامه کلیک نمایید تا صفحه زیر نمایش داده شود و سپس روی گزینه مشخص شده کلیک نمایید :
​2-حال برنامه را مطابق شکل زیر ببندید .
​3-حال برنامه را با استفاده از شرتکات ساخته شده روی دسکتاپ اجرا کنید . صفحه زیر را مشاهده خواهید کرد :
​4-روی گزینه مشخص شده در عکس فوق کلیک نمایید و منتظر باشید . پس از انجام عملیات گوشی شما Developer Unlock شده و امکان نصب 10 برنامه و بازی روی گوشی خود را دارید .
OK Done .

Yup ! I didn't find the English version or a button to change language !
so I couldn't find all of this app capabilities
and this app make my phone in a mode that when I connect it to the pc it will appears in app icon when I click on it's Partition this app will appears so I uninstalled it because I didn't get how can I make it like first (but now my phone has no problems)

But unlocking the phone for developer can also be done by the "Windows Phone Developer Registration" application that comes with Windows Phone SDK 8.0.

Ok but where is the final screen? It shows me an error all the time.

No I tried this way .
Unlock works and you can unregister your phone again by WP Developer Registration Tool .
I don't know is WP SDK 8.0 is required to unlock or not ? I have installed SDK 8.0 on my pc and I don't know

You will need the SDK but that is normal since you are going to develop for windows phone. With that application you can unlock for developer and unregister if needed.

first I'm sorry for magnifier page in the first pic . I'm half-blind and I need to use it . I forget to remove it .

And really we can install 10 apps (someone test it ?).Not included spyware,keylogger ,etc.?

I have a dev unlocked phone but, limited to 3 apps, I would love if someone can confirm (besides the OP) that it works 100%....
But, I really want a Interop unlock...Just want my custom colors back !

ok the app let my go through but i had to do developer unlock first. There is no way to finish process without having it. So question is. for what purpose this app has been build? Extend free unlock form MS 2->10 or what?

And if this is just extending Max apps from 2-3 to 10, couldn't he just up it to over 300 to give a Interop unlock ? Then all of our problems would be solved...

yes i try it and it works . About spyware i don't know.
i think it's good to let @GoodDayToDie check it's code.
i really don't know how this app dev unlock our phones.

if your maxunsignedapp is 3 first unregister then try it will get 10

I know how can I run in to the code if the dlls be in .NET and they're not cpp code we can use .Net Reflector 8.0 and I have it already but I have no time to work on it .
my final exams will finish 3 days later . Then I have a full free 2 weeks time to work on it and other codes

No one said, you had to do all of the work for everyone.
Remember, this is a developer community and You Are Not Alone.

That's some heavily obfuscated code alright. WIll take some effort to reverse engineer it down.

It's a rip-off from the phonereg tool in the sdk. Although, it uses a different native dll to generate the authtoken from your username and password.
The SDK 8.0 version is 109KB (called PhoneRegDll) and this version is 60kb (called TCPPhone - signed by Microsoft). Maybe its an older version?
the authtoken is sent to the phone the same way as in the sdk tools.

Asus Zenfone 5 zc600KL BOOTLOOP

I have new phone , Asus Zenfone 5 ZC600KL
the orginal android on it was 7.1 and the asus web site offer me to update , so i was download the "UL-ASUS_X017D_2-WW-14.0400.1811.061-user.zip" from asus web site and put it in my phone memory.
after restart , the update notification appeaser and i was update it.
after that , i try to Root my device , but it was back and android dos not Load.
the recovery of my phone now is TWRT project
how can i fix that problem ?

i try to work with ASUS.Flash.Tool.v2.0.1 , Disconect Bottom dos not work (i have win 10 x64 and the driver and adb service are successfully work, i have change my win to 8.1 x86, the result was the same!)
the other version of ASUS Flash Tool v1.0.0.17 ~ v1.0.0.45 / but Have not the model of ZC600KL in drop down menu.

شما باید ریکاوری اصلی نصب کنی این طوری نمیشه
TWRP
یک محیط برای نصب رام های کاستوم است
شما باید ریکاوری مربوط به گوشیت رو که حتما هم نسخه اصلی باشه و از رام اصلی خارج شده باشه رو نصب کنی
البته هر ریکاوری که به ریکاوری اصلی گوشیت معروف بود رو دریافت کن شاید کار راه انداز باشه
منظورم اینه که
TWRP / Custom Recovery
نباشه و انگار ریکاوری ساخته شده خود کمپانی بدون تغییرات باشه چون فقط ریکاوری اصلی رام اصلی رو فلش میکنه

یه راه تخصصی دیگه هم هست
اگه هنوز مشکلت پا برجاست باید بگم دوست عزیز شما باید دوباره بوت لادر رو ببندی اما قبلش حتما باید این کاری که میگم رو بکنی و گرنه درست نخواهد شد
اول یه رام کاستوم که دقیقا نسخه اندرویدش با نسخه اندروید رام اصلی که دانلود کردی دریافت کن رامی که با محیط ریکاوری تی وی آر پی بشه نصبش کرد
حالا هر رام رو روی کامپیوترت و در پوشه ایی مجزا و البته خالی از حالت فشرده خارج کن
یادت باشه که دو تا رام رو در دو پوشه جدا از هم و خالی از حالت فشرده خارج کنی
اول پوشه رام کاستوم رو باز کن
چند تا پوشه میبینی حالا دونه دونه پوشه هایی که اسمش رو زیر میگم باز کن تا به فایلی که میگم برسی
META-INF پوشه
COM پوشه
google پوشه
android پوشه
حالا داخل این پوشه دوتا فایل هست این دوتا رو کپی کن
حالا پوشه اون رام اصلی رو هم از حالت فشرده خارج کردی رو هم باز کن
اون رام هم مثل این رام این پوشه ها رو داره برو داخلش و اون دوتا فایل رو حذف کن و اون دوتایی که کپی کردی رو این جا بریز
حالا برگرد بیرون تا جایی که بتونی دوباره پوشه
META-INF
رو ببینی حالا تمامی فایل های که میبینی رو انتخاب کنو با فرمت زیپ
zip
فشرده کن و اونو به کارت حافظه انتقال بده رام اصلی رو هم درکنارش بریز
خوب از محیط ریکاوری اونو فلش کن و بعد از این که فلش شد گوشی رو خاموش کن
ریکاوری اصلی گوشیت رو دانلود کن یادت باشه ریکاوری کاستوم نباشه و دقیقا خود ریکاوری رام اصلی باشه
همون طور که ریکاوری کاستوم رو فلش کردی این رو هم فلش کن
حالا طبق راهنمایی که توی فروم گوشیت هست گوشیت رو دوباره بوت لادرش رو قفل کن
حالا وارد ریکاری شو و توسط ریکاوری اصلی فایل فلش رام اصلی رو فلش کن دیگه تمام
شما نمی تونی روی ریکاوری کستوم رام اصلی فلش کنی

I can send to you standard recovery fo ZenFone 5Q (ZC600KL) and custom TWRP recovery (I'm made it myself and not sure what it's perfect, but I'm use it) if you want.
For flash I use Android_SDK_Platform-tools (but I'm use MacBook).
For Root you can use custom recovery for setup SuperSu.

Have the same phone ZC600KL X017DA and in desperate need to get it up and running again
Have downloaded a few firmwares 2 of them are fastboot tho one is CSC
The first one I downloaded actually does nothing it will detect phone but when running the flashall command it will pretty much error straight away with write protected
The CSC firmware did a lot more cannot remember details now but it seemed to be transfering something for a while but it will then throw up an error yep it's that dredid write protected
Have tried using QPST also and that seems to throw up different errors one being a firehose error and another I believe to be called Sarah error
As for the Asus flash tool it keeps hanging especially when I hit select file it does seem to see the phone as fastboot does appear and battery will show as 1 % even when it's fully charged
If you got some solutions I would really appreciate it
I'm asking because your post seems to fit my problem with a difference as you discussed it relating to a rooted device where as for me this phone is all original no mods

Hello.
What kind of problems with phone do you have? I mean, what do you need to do with phone and what is it state now.
For write something with fastboot to phone you should have the unlocked bootloader, I think.
You can use standard recovery for update standard OS on phone.
And sorry, I have no same phone last 2 years...

It's stuck on Asus Logo and there is no recovery or factory reset options where you would normally find them when using vol and power keys
I am unable to unlock the bootloader because I read I need to do that via developer options to access the OEM unlock I cannot access because phone won't boot
Have tried the fastboot options also using QPST but under fastboot I just get a write protected error instantly on one firmware but another firmware it does a few things and then gives out the write protect
With QPST again errors but I was hoping with using QPST and EDL mode it might bypass the bootloader lock
And in all honesty I'm not sure if I am even downloading the correct firmware since on the Asus website under that model there is about 15 firmwares give it take raining from as old as 2018 till its latest
So kinda stuck and of cause as it belongs to the ball n chain she is chewing my ass off to get it fixed asap

Are you sure you have no hardware problems, memory for example? It just a question, I'm not sure about it.
Sorry, I can't say anything else, because I don't have this phone last 2 years.

I'm not totally sure if it's a hardware fault it has crossed my mind that there could be a problem with the memory... But I am able to read the memory I tried I think it's called San flash tool there is a backup feature and it is pulling off files tho I did end the backup before it was completed due to running out of hard disk space in laptop oppss but at least it shows its reading the memory ... I guess I will have to do that good old fashioned trial and error process haha and in all honesty I have flashed many phones before but never a Qualcomm version it's always been MTK brands and usually have no issues

İf its work at htc desire 820G plus dual sim let me know pls ... Right now i use viperos rom its good not bad sometimes it give app frozen and little battery drain ... But not bad i like that viperos rom i used lineage os 14.1 its many problems there google login problems i used ressurection rom also battery drain problems ... I using this rom now for myself internet working full but if you able LTE you still use 3G
And I don't change boot logo so this don't make break your phone
Camera video rocord is working don't worry
All great but FM radio and VPN is bug
But I'm focos on VPN I hope I solve this:angel:

I was test miui ROM and iOS ROM but miui was not good for game
You was should flash stock boot and logo as stock ROM to solve this problem charge but better never use this custom ROMs because this ROMs is nice but not so performance

دوست عزیز من خیلی برای این گوشی گشتم تا یه رام خوب بدون باگ پیدا کنم، تو این فروم که کاستوم رام اندروید 7 و 6 را دیدم اما اکثر این رامها به گفته خودشون مشکل وی پی ان و فیلمبرداری دارند، آیا رام شما این مشکلات را ندارن یعنی شما با برنامه های وی پی ان مشکلی ندارید؟
مصرف باطری چطوره؟ کلا فرقش و نقاط ضعف و یا قوتش با رام فابریک چیه؟ شما خودت پورتش کردی؟

Hi not have battery and charge problem
I still work on vpn and still have bug
Camera2 if get off video recorder get solve but mp get down
I just port and edit some lib and etc for solve bug and performance
But use new version this ROM (Gharibe ROM)
If you want use normally as this ROM it's better you get delete root ( this make permanent this ROM)

Footej camera is working in video record and this installed on rom

سپاس. این نسخه نصب کردم ولی مشکل برنامه تلفن داشت مثلا موقع تماس اسم مخاطب نمی امد یا دکمه پاسخ و یکی دیگه اینکه سیم کارت میپرید و باید گوشی راه اندازی مجدد میکردم. همون نسخه قبلی رامتون نصب کردم

Hello can someone help me to finde the original firmenware? I update an other system and now my Android start´s too load and the screen freezes.
Is there a way to get one of it?

My software has the same ref that the one on the image that that you post.
I have IGO. Try to install it from the play store, maybe there is still some info inside from the original software.
I have also the software that they sent you but have not yet the courage to install, I'm affraid to brick it.
Mine is installed on a Toyota CHR, appart from the original icon of phone app that crash when I launch it from the desktop, the rest is working. Roadanvi told me to use Contacts instead, but it is not very convinient that way.

i installed it from the Playstore but they want to buy (frist test) the Cards.
What Version you have on IGO ?
You cant brick it! You will be able to always go in UPDATE modus. Same was for me on the Juno Update. Android cant Startet but the Update modus will be there. So first make a backup from the Old System.
I will try some apps and watch for an supportet version. Because same for Google Maps there is Offline Map for me and my Wlan dont have taht high range for any Updates. So i need first dowland any and use an USB too Update any :/ make me sick because tahts need high time.

If you geht Same Problem Like me If you Install an Others Update and you geht after it any issus you are Abel to Go in Boot Menu by Using Physical Button Combination Like + or - idk your Update Menu. In my IT was Power on and hold the Volume than IT Show me a Green Message that search For the Update.bin Data for updating the system For USB divices
Like Boot Menu For Android Handy
its easy only need Download the Update.
USB Stick (Format Fat32)
Unzip the rar Data there only 2 Data.
Copy them in USB.
Insert the Stick in USB Slot and IT Show you Auto Message For Update.
Click ok the IT will BE Install after few time 3-5min its Finish.

I have the same problem they do not reply to me, either from the website and the store on Aliexpress! I have a version of the firmware but is for the F10 not for the Pro version that you have.
