Its a kdz file and you can only flash it with the lg tool.
Once you flash this you will lose root and everything on your SD card, its a fresh start.
You need to follow this guide to do it.
I don't know of any zips that you can flash in recovery for your countries rom, this is the only method I could find.

I replaced the TWRP file with the original one and try to restore it but it's not working.
For me restore works . You must have the same structure of folders
