Thank you, thank you, than you. I have been waiting for this.
Wool be flashing shortly.

Great TY @Deadman waiting AOSP 7.1.2 for T800 Good Luck :good:

Thank you. I been waiting for SM-T805.

thanks deadman. i appreciate all the variations in roms your giving us for the T700. have a good day

Having trouble getting Viper to work with this and the latest LD build. I'll see if I can figure it out, but I thought I would post in case anyone else has already had a solution. If I find it first, I'll post in both threads.

I really hope you could make it for T705 sir
I really love the pureness and simplicity of AOSP

Thanks for keeping this tablet alive. Installation went well. Same SD card problem so I'm now a set up as portable storage. MTP host FCs whenever SD card browsing is attempted.
Battery life seems to be same as MM.
Is this better/more stable than your ASOP 7.1.1 ROM?

I haven't seen a 7.1 AOSP ROM for the T700. Do you have a link?

Maybe should have said 'based on' AOSP. I think it said that in the description.

New build in OP
I have updated the kernel source to be lollipop based which includes lots of misc fixes and improvements
I have pulled parts of the M kernel source in (GPU driver, netfilter intercepter, wifi drivers)
Updated the GPU driver to the M based one
Changed to the LineageOS based liblights, powerhal, consumerir
Removed hwtest
misc other changes
Build pulled do to some reboot issues

HD Video works fine (does not stutter)
FYI. This ROM installed and runs great on my SM-T700. I did have to install SuperSU, Open GAPPS and Titanium Backup separately (install one at a time and reboot to system after each install) instead of stacking them. But no big deal.
The main thing I want to say is the HD video plays just fine and does not stutter as stated in the intro list of issues. I've tried it on MX Player, Google Play Movies & TV, DirecTV and Showtime Anytime. I did have problems with the prior ROM versions playing any video on some of those Apps.
Thanks Deadman

I was planning to update to the M gpu driver but it is causing issues for now.

Unfortunately, I seem to get a bootloop on dirty flash. Haven't got the time to try clean flash at the moment unfortunately. Not sure if it's a problem with me or the rom. Waited for about 10 minutes but still sitting on Google animation.

From the previous AOSP build by deadman from early March. I had, however, dirty flashed to that from the last build of the previous AOSP ROM from November, which didn't cause any problems.

Thanks. That's good to know. I'm on AOKP right now, but I still have the .zip from that earlier build. I'll try to test this tonight.

What is XOSP and how was it born?
XOSP stands for the Xperia Open Source Project. The project was initially created by me (@nilac) for the Galaxy S+ (my old device) years ago. Back then the ROM was called S+ Reborn. The vision was to create a minimal bloat free ROM which included Sony Xperia specific apps and various tweaks users would expect from a custom ROM.
S+ Reborn became a success and was eventually ported to different devices so from there I rebranded and XOSP project was founded. I worked on the project for 2 years always trying to improve it. Eventually, Because of the fact Lollipop was buggy on my Galaxy S+ (Which I maintained xosp for at the time) I decided to take a break from development until I got my hands on the Zenfone 2 in 2015 and from then I started again the development of XOSP and continued it ever since.
What Represents a Release and what represents a Revision?
Revisions include small changes such as bug fixes/improvments etc.. (Usually there are made like 3 revisions per-release).
Releases are the main "stable" builds with all new planned features implemented and bugs fixed.
You can find all the included features right:
Here
You can find the list of current issues in the ROM right:

Not able to disable navigation button backlit(5 sec default) - Using soft buttons solves the issue.

Frimware suggested is OOS 3.2.8 & yes, legacy is working.
Nice
is root included?(built in root) or have to flash it
and does it support F2FS
Would love to try it but sadly can't complete the download, trying for over 2h yet it keeps disconnecting me and the transfer rate is about 100kbps
Seems pretty smooth so far, but what's with the persistent su icon on the notification bar?? Pretty annoying.
Will see how this works as a driver and look forward to future development!

No-one has asked the question yet... how is GPS for people who have flashed this good looking ROM?
Can't ans GPS query.Sry ..but if oms could be added you got another DD for the op3. Imho

That's because of the built in root, flash SuperSU 2.79 if you want to get rid of it.

GPS is a bit iffy. I'm currently on the motorway. Whilst the lock is quite fast accuracy is off. It says I'm driving through fields alongside the motorway! Lol. This is thru Google maps.
Personally I don't use GPS on the phone that much but potentially something that needs a bit more of a look

This is on every OP3 CM ROM. So far Xenon only ROM I can deal with, no field driving per-say, but I'd look like a race car warming it's tires if I mimicked the icon on mine! lol - I use it almost 8 hours a day!

Considering that I'm a student, I will not have many time for building. Everything is open source, so you can build it by yourself.

I wrote it in the bug list. I'm currently working for fixing it
Biggest deal is that SIM card is not working. Otherwise, it seems like it could be a "test daily" ROM.

Reboot and wifi work, i have the same problem
Hey everyone! Hope you're enjoying 2017!
Anyway, I've got good news and bad news.
The good one is that Bluetooth now works (thanks again to @pchatzop)
The bad one is that RIL is still broken. I'm still trying to understand the issue, but I wasn't lucky till now. I'm currently rebuilding with some small changes, but I think it will not solve the problem.
It looks like this is the last bug, and I'm sad I still didn't fix it.
Let's see...
I took a look at your local manifest, and i missed something critical (i feel bad at myself for missing it). You have not included vendor/samsung/jf-gsm-common from themuppets! That is the sole reason ril does not work! I am unfamiliar with the opt-cm14.1 sources, therefore if it is included in the first init script, try deleting the original vendor dir and using the one from themuppets. You can even try pasting all the blobs under /proprietary to your /system partition and it would probably work as is. Give it a try and report back. Meanwhile, i will get a new build trying to fix bluetooth for users that would prefer vanilla cm sources and the customization of RR. Hope it wont fragment the thread a lot.
thank you for the great job...hope you can fix the bluetooth and the sim card issue asap.. and i will start testing as this is my main device can't live without them
Here is my new RR build: https://mega.nz/#!FsBghDra!YSR1djkMBNixjZ1Um6b0-uEM5jRlAOr4TSXOJUSK8zg Please keep the bug reports to a minimum, as to not need a new thread for it. I hope to just help LuckyNuke build any rom he wants without bugs, since he is the one that own the phone and not me.
This build is based on straight cm(lineageos) sources with some adaptations for the s4 active, not optimized jfltexx sources.

Oh, and building with jf-gsm-common right now
Thanks for everything you do for this community
New build! (02 Jan)
Bluetooth and RIL are now fixed
The ROM is super smooth and it seems there are no bugs at all. It's surely a daily driver.
Uploaded right now. Check the link in the OP
RR build is awesome, but my battery is being drained, I can not say for sure if it's my battery or if it's the rom, I'm going to go up to CM 14.1 and see if there is any difference in consumption, but overall RR is incredible, optimizations are extremely welcome, I hope new updates for these roms, certainly they are very much awaited by the community of S4 Active, since the phone has enough firepower to deal with the Nougat.
Congratulations on the great work @LuckyNuke1310 and @pchatzop

SCREENSHOTS
Thanks to @THEVAN3D for the Screenshots
Actually, there is a section just for them
Ok, so... I've installed the ROM on my phone.
Everything works and these are the "bugs" that I've noticed after short testing:
1. Wi-Fi works when you shut down your phone after first boot and turn it back on
2. Camera recording works fine, records properly but in app (Camera app) recording (preview) is 4:3 and pixelated. Final video looks great.
3. Nothing more so far... will be thoroughly testing it in a few days...

Unfortunately I can't get the wifi to work. I've tried clean installing twice and rebooted several times after first boot but still no wifi.
Hope for a fix in the near future as it seems to be a great rom.

Really? Zagi didn't tell me. Did you dirty flashed over LOS or any other ROM?
Could you add RR build instructions to your noob proof guide, please?

Yes, the latest firmware from Sammobile. Unfortunately not, you have to put phone into Download Mode and flash it. Then you'll be completely stock. Flash TWRP, and from there ROM and SuperSU

Cool! Thanks for your help!
Ok, after testing it for a day... Camera on RR is broken too. "Can't connect to the camera" after taking a few shots, closing the app and opening it again.
Also, Wi-Fi sometimes won't work after a reboot so we need to turn off the phone, wait 15 sec and turn it on again...
Everything else is lightning fast.
We'll see what we can do...
yes,i see. same peoblems with camera.
I have to try it yet, but if it is buggy only on the camera app - and not the ROM itself - it is simple: just delete the standard camera app and install any third-party that works fine. Isn't it just the case?
I have just tested the ROM myself. The problem seems to be the Snap Camera and some versions of Google Camera. Others work fine
hey lucky good job working on this awesome build ... but i had the @pchatzop version that you posted on the optimized thread for more than 2 weeks now and it's working fine ... is this one any different ?? any changelog ??
also can i dirty flash it over pchatzop one ? or do i need to make a clean install ?

Well, actually I don't know. I didn't try it, as well as this build. My main device is a OnePlus 3, so I cannot test them so often. Anyway, looks like my version has some bugs. Don't know if they also are in pchatzop build, instead if you can please test and report (after a nandroid backup)

AICPAndroid Ice Cold Project
AICP is known by everyone as Ice Cold Project that started on Desire HD and since then evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community you can find!!!
Until Lollipop, Rom has always been AOKP based. Unfortunately, since AOKP either stopped development or will make a comeback later this year, we changed our base to CM when it comes to hardware, drivers and some features.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them or CM team if it concerns their modifications. This rom isn't CM supported so no need to report errors or bugs to them!!

ROMS should contain everything you need to enjoy N. You are not required to install any Add Ons, simply download the latest ROM, gapps, flash it, and go!
You are STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing, and if possible avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup - these can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug. If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience strange behavior.
Addition for installing root on builds after 17/06/14:
CHANGES (READ THIS BEFORE FLASHING!)
==========================================
YES. AICP is going to build rootless builds.
This change will happen during a short period of time.
I could explain the decision for that,
but that would not be understandable for all users, so i put it this way...
Going rootless means that the ROM will NOT come with any Root or SU built in anymore.
There will be no Magisk - as a buildin root solution - be provided when the user flashes the ROM zip file.
What you will have to do (If you don't do it by now):
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You will have to flash a root solution of your choice (lineage-su addon, SuperSU or Magisk) by yourself after the ROM.
I will link the appropriate solutions here in this post.
REMEMBER:
First flash the ROM, then your desired root solution!
This MUST also be done on every dirty flash to ensure root is not lost!
This MUST be done, when using the OTA app too! Just add the "root" zipfile after the ROM!
What will be noticeable to the user:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1. We had to cut out some features for getting this done. Those are:
a. The SELinux switch in the dev options is gone for now.
This can also be done by other apps, if necessary.
b. The feature to flash another bootanimation from AICP Extras is gone.
You can still use a flashable ZIP from TWRP or Substratum.
c. The builtin logcat feature in AICP Extras will be gone.
Most users did not use it either as it only can store max. 400KB.
We already advised to use Catlog or Syslog Apps (both free on Play store).
Remember that both need root!
d. The builtin "System app remover" will be gone, as it required root to run.
2. You will, of course, not see Magisk Manager in the app folder, of course.
3. Remember that without a root solution some other apps e.g. Kernel Audiutor will also not work.
Whatever you choose. Lineage SU options are in dev options in settings. The others use separate Apps.
Links to tested root solutions (download from the thread):
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Magisk (remember that v12 need the Manager to be flashed separately. v13 will have it buildin the flashable ZIP:
Magisk Official
Magisk beta
SuperSU (Use whatever works for you, stable or beta):
SuperSU stable
SuperSU beta
Lineage SU-addon (check your needed version 14.1 arm or arm64!):
LineageOS su-addons for 14.1
-> the removal zip is available here too.
System freeze
Hi @thermskin, I just installed (clean) build Sub oẑu? 11. While watching some Youtube video the system froze dead. It did not even react to adb. If it helps I attach last_kmsg.txt taken with deathly adiutor.
Otherwise I really like AICP and prefer it over Lineage because of the AICP specials. Keep it on..... :good:
Testing, so far so good =)
One thing I noticed is that I'm unable to switch between languages with any combination of buttons on bluetooth keyboard (samsung's KB).
I've dug around keylayouts for hours now, but can't figure out why ctrl+space won't actually switch between languages.
Here are my settings in keychars:
key SPACE {
label: ' '
base: ' '
alt, meta: fallback SEARCH
ctrl: fallback LANGUAGE_SWITCH
}
Click to expand...
Click to collapse
It enters space, but no language switch event happens. With keytest.apk I tested and made sure that both space and ctrl are sending events fine. Used to work OK in stock ROM, not sure what could be causing this.
----------
Edit: mobile data works, wifi works, both cameras are good.
However, definitely experiencing lag in response to many even basic navigation events like browsing settings, opening apps, etc. Very noticeable.
No mobile data . will try to install again
Thank you for the great Rom.
Any chance of this coming to T807? I tried it on my T807T and it hangs at the bootloader. That happens with Lineage 14.1 for T805 as well. Previous T805 roms have worked prior to 7.1.1
Perfect!
Just got my T805 today. Bought it on "ebay" for $150, real bargain. Gonna sell my T800 and earn a buck in the process haha!
Installing this rom now, ive been running AICP official on the T800 so I hope this port is as good as it is on T800.
Does this rom support NTFS formatted SD-cards?
Good rom
Thank you for a very very good rom:good::laugh:
I am the only one with Wi-Fi stability problems?
It randomly disconnects and sometimes my network disappears (despite being at 1 meter from my modem). My other devices don't seem to have this problem, and everything was working fine before flashing this ROM, so I must assume it's a bug with the ROM itself. I have resetted the modem just in case, but to no avail.
No problems here with wifi or mobile data. But I noticed that mobile data icon shows no bars even though I have a bad but still a connection .
Tablet reboots when if I turn on NAVBar and then try to disable NavBar. I managed to remove the navbar after changing it to Flingmode and then disable navbar. Tablet rebooted even then but at least it was gone after boot.
Tablet crashes and reboots when trying to make a phone call. Mobile data is working just fine, but I tried using my other simcard to make a real phone call, but the tablet just reboots.
I'd appreciate if you could add OMS support
LineageOS is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. You will need to provide your own Google Applications package (gapps). LineageOS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
This thread is for Unofficial LineageOS 14.1 builds for klimtwifi (SM-T700) The following will not be supported here:
Custom kernels
Mods
Xposed
I don't support Xposed and any logcat which includes a Xposed module will be ignored. You're kindly invited to not report bugs if you:
Flashed a custom kernel
Installed or did mods from untrusted sources
Modified system files
Have not attempted a clean flash
First time flashing LineageOS 14.1 on your device, or coming from another ROM?
Download the zip(s)
Install a compatible Recovery
Perform a nandroid backup of your current ROM (Optional)
Wipe data/factory reset
Flash LineageOS
Install the Google Apps addon package (Optional)
Reboot
There will be a new build every week, every Monday.
The builds will no longer be personally tested by me before being uploaded (but everything will probably be fine)
Change logs will no longer be posted within every new build, but instead when the changes are uploaded to GitHub. I will try though to post changes for major bugs or fixes as they are released.
Some builds might feature only minor changes, ie. only updating the LineageOS source
How to Install md5sum ? is it needed ?
How to install this version if I have the official version installed?
Enviado desde mi MI 8 mediante Tapatalk
I just installed the latest version. To install it over the official version, it was necessary to let twrp do a factory wipe.
The ROM appears to work just fine, but I have a few questions:
-the ROM suggests to configure the fingerprint, but I can't get my finger recognised. Is the fingerprint supported at all? (If it isn't, it is no big deal. I just need to know.)
-a new app called "Deathly Adiutor" is installed by default. Apparently, it is set up to manage the exynos processor. Do people use it and how?
No, you don't need to install the md5sum file. You can use it, and then the rom is checked for tampering, but it is not compulsory.
It is a kernel editor, you can edit clock speeds etc. It is developed by us (Exynos5420 team). It could not be on the official builds due to Lineage restrictions with pre-installed apps.
Please use it ONLY if you know what you are doing though
Thanks @DarkExistence for the contribution and continue with the ROM, my tablet revives now. I am testing it and at the moment it works very fine, only small lags in some transitions (build 20190420)
Thanks for building!
Please let me know if you need some specific testing and reporting scenario.
I tried to install latest unofficial release to my SM-T700 with the official samsung 6.0.1 release installed, with unlocked bootloader, last TWRP and rooted but can't boot, remains at the LineageOS logo. Official LineageOS installs without any issues. I also tried with older TWRP and unofficial releases with no success. Before the installation I did a factory reset and format data. Any help is really appreciated.
Hm, installs fine for me. I assume by factory reset you mean the relevant trigger in twrp? Maybe try regularly wiping dalvik, data, system and cache in twrp (sounds like you might not have wiped the system partition, as a factory reset leaves that untouched)
Finally got around to giving this a try after backing up Official.
Fully wiped/formatted prior to install which went without a hitch.
Then I found I had problems with GPS not connecting.
Since this is my only and regularly used T700 device, restored my Official back again.
