Fisrt of all provide the download link for dolby atmos [created by www . dolby . com] magisk module that works with axon 7. Second, which version of dolby atmos is to be flashed on OREO? try with 20180122-1
Make sure you are on Oreo with Magisk Permissive script v1.2 installed and using TWRP 3.2.1.1

Note: - there is a space between the "https://" and "photos". Remove it and link wiill work
