Has anyone tried any ROM for the Redmi 3S that has Substratum working? I know that Substratum doesn't work on CMTE roms. I've googled that substratum work on AICP 12 rom, which is android nougat. So I tried our AICP 11 rom but it doesn't support Substratum.
You can't use substratum if you have CMTE on rom.

CM 13 is discontinued, you might be better off reflashing CM (now called Lineage) 14.1 or CM 14.1 based ROMs, Lineage OS OMS and Resurrection Remix as listed in the ROMs and Kernels forum both have working fingerprint detection and more. https://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g4-plus/development
cm 13 is more stable then any rom in many other phones and xposed support; cm 13 themes also and many other xposed modules so if any one is working on it give us a link
i personally prefer cm 13 over cm 14.
in terms of customization cm13 is best

The DNA project looks amazing however I am unaware of any roms for the op5 that support OMS so far
Hummmmm all AOSP ROMS are OMS Compatible, i use Resurrection Remix Unoficial and i use always OMS Theme (Pitchblack, Swift Black/Dark)
Is it possible apply themes on non rooted oreo ?
Yes, if they're compatible with OxygenOS Oreo and you use Andromeda. I use Valerie, it works wonderfully with OxygenOS Oreo (but I'm rooted and just use Substratum normally)
