Great tool. How does the flashing work? Would it be possible to support MTK devices without a bootloder? I guess you're using dd or a similar method like the Flashify app which is why root is needed. If you need help testing devices you can let me know.

[Q] Hope dev build cm12 for our grand prime(sm-g530f) plz!!

I want to have lollipop rom for my device!! I hope dev will build any android lollipop rom for my Grand prime( sm-g530f) LTE version plz!!
GALAXY Grand Prime doesn't have cynogenmod sources yet
The worst case is that almost all devices with the same chip as Grand Prime also don't have cm sources!
I checked cm sources for the following devices:
SAMSUNG:
- GALAXY Ace 4 (LTE I believe with 1GB RAM - SM-G375FZ)
- GALAXY Core Prime
- Galaxy A3
- GALAXY A5
HTC:
- Desire 510
- Desire 620 (S)
Huawei:
- Ascend Y500
- Honor 4X
- Ascend G620(S)
- Ascend G7 (G700)
Lenovo:
- S90(T/S)
Alcatel:
- One Touch Pop 2
None of these device have a cm source :3
But I saw somewhere Ascend G7 running mokee open source 4.4.4 (based on CM11). So it's possible to port this ROM to Grand Prime.
I will receive mine in 2 week :good:
Another problem: Grand Prime still doesn't have a Custom Recovery !!!
It is saddening to see that there is literally no developer support.
Redmi 2 cm 12!!!!!!!!!!!!!
sir REDI 2 (which runs at same Soc as GGP) have their CM12...... maybe we still have a chance of having CM 12 plz take a look xD
sorry for bad English
I read this post (HERE) about build TWRP from source, but I don´t have enough knowledge to do...some terms are unknown for me, but I'm searching...
I'm waiting you, Nonta72, receive your grand prime and help us in development...

Do you know how to build a ROM?
Unfortunately, no..

SAMSUNG IS OFFICIALLY REMOVING ALL EXYNOS7870 BASED DEVICE FIRMWARE FROM THEIR OPENSOURCE SITE | CREATE AN ARCHIVE ASAP

So today I had contacted Samsung's Open Source Inquiry as I couldn't find the SWA version of SM-G610F Kernel. They said exactly this:
Thank you for your interest in our product.
We received your request on Samsung Open Source website.
As we checked internally, opensource software used in requested SM-G610F was unloaded from Samsung Open Source website due to its expiration date of publication period.
Please understand that we can't keep technically supporting on models whose expiration date of publication period is already end long time ago.
However, upon your request, we just extended expiration date for short period so that you can search and download the opensource code of what you want;
but also understand requested model's OSS would be unloaded from Samsung Open Source website again sooner than later.
Thank you.
Sincerely yours,
Samsung Open Source Team

Yeah. make an archive as soon as you can on sites like Github, Gitlab or even Archive.org as once Samsung removes it, they remove it forever. I am aware of kernel forks but still, the original sources should be kept for further research.
Please, send a link of your copy here. I will shortly post a list of all Exynos 7870 Devices.

Unfortunately not. The models MUST be the same. The only exception is G981U = G981U1.
Is it still possible to install the beta or?
SM-G988B
Is there any link of Android 13 beta for SM-G986U/U1?
