GingerStone v2.0 (CM 6.1.2)

Updated to the latest CyanogenMOD 6 (27.12) .
Features:
-Framework moded, light and customized, black menus including expanded menus.
-Custom BG for buttons of music controls on lockscreen
-framework-res is just 2.3mb, faster boot
-New BG for lockscreen (Grupo Android is my home forum )
-New green color for progress bars(download, volume, etc)
-Redesigned music app, enhanced nowplaying UI, many icons replaced, renamed to com.android.music (recognized by third party apps)
-GB Keyboard moded to green
- Transparency for status bar BG.
In order to set the right text colors for status bar, choose the Ginger theme on CyanogenMOD settings.

NOTE: This theme includes GMail 2.3.2 with custom Icon, delete the apk from data/app before apply if you updated it from Market
NOTE B: If you have set up a voicemail shorcut pressing 1 on dialer, this number will dissapear, to fix it go to Call Settings->Voicemail settings, delete the Voicemail number and press OK, and you re done. Enjoy it.

Looks like a good work, thanks! I just didn't get the BG images, seems more almost everywhere is transparent? Phone widget too? In that case there would be a way to go back without this transparency?
Besides that I think it's very nice, going to try it tomorrow (right now going to bed), and I come back with my thoughts =)

I only have one issue:
- The menubar + notification area is still the one from CM 6.1 (0.05-10.12.27)

Edit: After resetting all tweks in the CM settings and restarting my Milestone, the menu bar is black, but without transparency and the text on the menu bar is also black. I have selected the "Ginger" theme in the settings.

Weird. Transparency is only enabled if you Disable wallpaper hack or set a LiveWallpaper. For the colors, set them manually if the xml doesnt work.

I'm using LauncherPro as my default launcher, if that helps. Where can I enable/disable the wallpaper hack? I guess it's a ADW setting, right?

When I pull down the notification area, the right side of the menu bar gets gray, but the left side stays partly black (it's where the date should be, but I haven't modified the text color yet):

Edit: I just installed it and everything works fine. I only deleted the boot sound because I find it rather annoying .

Caused a boot loop? Did i do something wrong? using latest clockwork recovery with CM 6.1.2. Just labeled it as update applied zip and it caused that. Should i try it again?

Very beautiful theme but I have couple of suggestions for you:
- make the notification drawer translucent or apply your own wallpaper because black background ruined it, for me at least.
- grey font colour (e.g. alarm&clock and messaging) are hard to read and may I suggest using white or black colour instead

I have a question for those who use this theme. Do you have notifications in status bar when screen locked?
I miss mashmallow notifications in status bar in lockscreen.

You need to reduce navbar size it's too big and make the settings back white not black and icon not transparent
If i find any bugs i will add it here regards

Sorry, but don't understand. On my phone there is no problem with navbar Screen please.

Works great on AMOLED honor note 8. Can you also make white wersion?

Hi! Your theme rules. It is honestly the best idea for EMUI 5 right now. I have discovered some things, that need to be tweaked. Here's also a bug. I don't know if you can fix it, because it might be a Huawei's OS issue. It occurs when you swipe left in gallery and then swipe back right. The background will dissappear then and the fonts will be bugged. I don't know, mam. You can call yourself the boss, if you could fix it. Additionally I would suggest you to change the color of soundbar and other rounded interface parts. In my opinion they would look better with non system apps in black colors. Now they don't match very well. If you don't see, what's missing at several screenshots, just ask. Once again, thanks for your work.

Bug in the gallery can be fixed, i just forgot about it (i will publish new version with this patch). Other things - most of them i am aware, but it can't be easy (or at all...) changed. Emui isn't designed for dark themes, you have to live with some compromises (like not visible things in some places, or strange colors in others). You have to live with this, or switch to another theme...

Looks cool on my honor 5C. One suggestion though. Can u change the green background we get in dialog box when we apply a wallpaper. Would like to see some more icon theming. Thanks for your hard work.

Did you perform a phone restart switching from another theme? Battery is full stock in this theme.

Sorry, my powers have the limits Some blue elements exist because i don't know how to change it. Some elements, like app permissions, are not fully themed, because they're separate apps that i am not able to theme.

Anyways you are our superhero, who saves us from those tasteless Huawei designers. I hope that we could some day just change to an aosp-based rom and leave EMUI forever.

very Minimal, very Black.
pretty straightforward black/white contrast.
includes the "Google Sans" beautiful Pixel font.
Installation:
Install the APK
Apply with Samsung Themes, it says trial but that's because it's not from the store
Reboot the device (important, it'll slow down until you will...)

No, this screws up apps with their own notification system (like WhatsApp) or requires and extremely ugly shadow....

The contacts app, the text on tab which is active is white, which is great. However, on the other tabs it looks like the font color is black, which makes it look like a blank tab. This can be found on all apps with tabs like in the Phone app. Please fix this as it is very important.
Otherwise it looks great!

Only a disclamer: the nav bar buttons are a little big. And the notification icon in the notification shad could be in colour instead of black to help to
distinguish between others.

Install Good Lock 2018 from the Samsung App Store and you can customize the colors for it and a lot more.

It's managed from the Samsung themes app. You can also get there from settings - - - > wallpaper/themes
