Incoming calls are getting blocked - HD2 Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting and Genera

I've HTC HD2 phone, to which I added more ROM; however, all incoming calls are getting blocked and it's only when I take the battery out that the phone starts working again properly and I can make calls but, after a while, same thing happens. All other functions of this phone work perfectly well. I noticed that it's only when I use HyperDroid-CM7-SandyScorpion-v6.0 that the aforementioned problem isn't occurring. Could you help me please? Is the error to do with installing or with settings please? Thanks in advance.

Chat software hangs phone when receiving a call in standby

I'm hoping someone can help me. I have tried darn near every IM client out there, and they seem to be the cause of this problem.
I like to keep my IM open. I started with Palringo, tried Agile, Fring, etc.
When I have them open, my phone goes into standby and I receive a call - I will generally MISS the call, because there can be a 6 - 10 second delay from hitting "Answer" to responding.
I thought it might have been something else causing the issue, but I've removed everything, started from scratch, and the SECOND I open an IM client, let my phone go into "standby" mode, the calls I receive are pretty much toast.
Mundu IM worked, but it completely lost its marbles when the connection dropped. It was almost as much of an issue as having the phone call not answer (it froze up other parts of the system)
I don't get it - I know other people are doing this successfully, but why not me?
If anyone'll know the answers, I know it'll be you guys. I'm using DCD 3.1.2 with a 3.35 radio.
Thanks in advance!
Nick
So - am I alone in this problem? I can't be - there MUST be someone in the same boat. Helps, please?

MT3G can't receive phonecalls - PLEASE HELP!

Hi!
My first post here....
I rooted my MT3G and installed CyanogenMod latest version. It was working fine for a week or so (except for "Force Close" issues, but I took care of that by removing task bar), and now since last Friday I'm not receiving most of my incoming phonecalls. My friends tell me they're trying to call me, but get disconnected right away. Phone doesn't ring, I get no missed calls, and it won't even go to voicemail. Occasionally though some calls will go through.... Outgoing calls and everything else seems to work fine. Also, when in the car and connected to bluetooth system and someone would call my phone, the bluetooth recognizes incoming phonecall, says "call from...", and doesn't even proceed with the number, just says "call ended".
I tried to reinstall CyanogenMod; called my phones several times from different phones, worked fine, but later in the day started getting messages from people saying that they can't reach me.... calls are dropping again.
Please advise if you have any ideas to solve this.
Or if someone can tell me how to reverse the upgrade I did, I would like to give it a try and see of it fixes my phone.
Thanks!
My phone works just fine with CM, maybe it's a hardware problem, if you don't get it fixed by next week I suggest unrooting it and seeing if the problem still persists. If it does, maybe take it back to your carrier and get a replacement.
Thanks, Anartic!
Yes was considering unrooting it. Could you tell me please how to do it? Or give me a link to that info?
Thanks!

HD2 Connection issues

Hey guys.
I have some issues with my HD2. I can't make calls, it just hangs up after 2 sec.
I can't recieve calls. I sometimes get a text with a notification, that someone tried to call me, but not always.
I can get on 3g, but I can't access the web. I am, however, able to send and recieve texts.
I've tried everything, resets, re-installing to an older HTC ROM, fiddled with various settings. Nothing seems to work. And it just started behaving like this all of a sudden..
The phone has been rooted with android for months, working great. But to isolate this part, as a possible reason for the phone not working, I've completly un-rooted it again, but still no progress..
Also, the phone doesn't work with any SIM-card, and my own SIM-card works fine in my old phone. So I suspect it to be hardware-related.. Although it just happened all of a sudden.
I've also spoken to HTC customer-service, but they have never heard of the issue..
Any help is greatly appriciated..

[Q] Phone and SMS not stable on ICS (Defy+)

Hi,
I have been running Quarx2k the defy+ 11.05.2012 Nightly since it was uploaded.
However I am from time to time having problems with SMS's not getting sent and two times (I only make calls a few times a week) I have had the phone audio "stop" - Meaning that the counter keeps going, but the audio cuts off. I can't even hang up the call, only rebooting phone seems to help.
I have 2G/3G, so could network switching be a problem?
Have anyone else had similar problems? Did you manage to solve them?
I would like to update the wiki (Where sms and phone is listed as working perfectly).
I have the same problem with sms in CM9-NIGHTLY-120526-Defy+ (Quartz).
Failure in the first shipment of the messages, and sends it on the second attempt. I don't know how fix this problem

Please do 2 steps, check and give a feedback:
1. in widgets settings for network change from default 2G/3G+2G to 2G/only 3G/3G+2G, change your network through widget to 2G/3G
2. baseband switcher - switch to the latest for your region and reboot

Not receiving phone calls

I just realized I haven't been receiving phone calls for who knows how long. Everything else seems to work fine. I can make calls with no issues, but I'm not able to receive calls. I get voicemail notifications if somebody leaves one. I am running the PG1 firmware rooted and xposed. I was receiving calls before on this firmware with root and xposed and suddenly just stopped working. I have disabled WiFi calling, made sure there were no blocked numbers (even though I'm not getting calls from anybody), made sure do not disturb is disabled, and changed network modes. Does anybody know of this issue and have a fix? I would rather not have to factory reset due to it being a massive pain in the ass, but if all else fails I guess I don't have another option. Any help would be much appreciated.
Edit: I think I accidentally put this in the wrong section. If a mod wants to move it, please do.
