Is it going to be possible to port the Galaxy S4 Zoom or Galaxy NX camera modes, like light trail and everything else to the S4?

I been seeing all these reviews about the Pixel 2 camera, and I been wondering if there will be a port of the camera app which includes the portrait mode? I have recently tested the Galaxy Note 8 Live focus mode also but it's no where close to the Pixel 2.

LG V series Camera app is Amazing with so much manual controls to take professional level videos and pictures.
Samsung S8 has very good camera but not good as LG V series.
So the Question is, Can anybody Port LG V series Camera app to S8?
