Without the backup file you can't go to Windows. Sorry to say that. Me also didn't backup my phone now i stucked in android. If you find any solution tell me.
If you have another lumia 520 you can backup the phone and restore it on your phone but it is highly risk.

This is untrue, you can follow this (https://forum.xda-developers.com/no...t/bootloader-littlekernel-bootloader-t3480347) to return to a point that thor2 will function, then use that to flash Windows back onto the phone. Unfortunately, this still has a very low rate of success, and should only be used if no other option is available.

Nand Backup for cloning

I would like to know if it's possible to make a Nand Backup via recovery screeen and then recover it in another Tatto, so I can export the ROM, with apps and settings to a friend's tattoo
If not, is there any other way?
Thanks in advance

i did that...it should work...for me all right
Sure it's possible! Since you have identical HW he will get an exact copy of your device (don't know if cache partition is cloned though, could be necessary when using custom ROM using cache as dalvik cache...)...
samsung
Do you think samsung is better ???
they may answer but some thing like "we know it is a problem, but we are working on it, and can not help you now..."
john
Well, I have to say that it hasn't been any success, so it seems not possible. Maybe there's something I gave made wrong, but it says that Nand backup is not possible.

you have to copy the content of HT99****** into your device's HT99°°°°°°°°
don't copy the HT99****** folder because that is the code of the phone backupped...it is compared with the device to restore and they doesn't match ...
so copy the subfolder of the desired backup to your /HT99°°°°°°°
try this

No one has it, and I really mean no one. I called AT&T and Huawei as well and they don't have it. We're out of luck.

Please do a full backup of the bootloader! So we all can fix our device..!
The procedure is easy and you just take about 8 minutes..
You have to download this tool (for windows)
http://www.roadkil.net/program.php?ProgramID=12
1- Download the tool "Roadkil's Disk Image"
2- Enter to pink screen (volume up and down, then power on)
3- Connect your phone to the computer through the backside usb port (its more safe)
4- Run the tool
5- Click on the "Store Image" tab.
6- In "Store Image to" click the combobox and choose "Physical Disk #" ("#" is a number)
* If there are more than one "Physical Disk #", then you have to choose the one that is about 3.6gb.. This part is very important.. if you give us a backup from another disk, it will leave our phone unusable.
*To be sure that that Physical Disk you choose is the Huawei u8800-51, You can run the tool again (because it has to refresh) without the phone connected, then check which disks are available. Then, close the tool again, connect the device (in pink screen), run the tool, and check what physical disk was added. But it will be about 3.6gb.
7- In "source file", save the file as "u8800.img" in a folder with more than 4gb of storage available.
*There is no risk for you, as it is just data copying, not writting. The risk is for us if you gave us a wrong file hehe..
*If you compress the "u8800.img" file into a "rar" file, the size will be about 700 mb, then please, upload the file into mediafire or some file hosting service.
Thanks man! It will be very useful to many people!
----
*For the ones who do the restore from the file, they have to do something to get the "u8800.img" to work. I will post here what do they have to do before writing to the disk, so Don't restore until I explain it here, or it wont work! and you may have errors!
im about to do it now and sorry im late i never got a chance to do it.
Its not letting me run the program.

Whaats the error?

The requested operation requires elevation.
No worries, someone already did it!

Ok I will post the tutorial later.. But about the 3g.. It is working, but you have to do factory reset after you restore from the linux backup..
Also, you will have the IMEI of the person who did the backup.. I tried to restore mine and I did it, but when I restored it, the 3g stopped working.. But in "about" it showed me my imei.. My IMEI backup was made when I already updated to u8800pro..
Maybe the files that this tool (5iromtoolbox) backup are the key for having 3g in the u8800pro rom.. (also with the libril-qc-1).. I dont know.. we should test it later..
Remember.. keep the original IMEI (not yours) and you will have 3g or H+.. whathever--
Advices:
- Do the full backup in Linux
- Backup IMEI (5iromtoolbox)
- Backup CWM
- Backup APN

It locks the launcher into memory
Why would it harm your phone?
You will probably find apps might get killed if you clear ram with this setting
The only way to know what effect it will have for you is to try it
gonna try it right now. i think i should create a nandroid backup. i'm scaared. lol

As ever make a nandroid backup in cwm in case you need to restore

imei repair solved for letv max 2

before i asked many people for fix but no correct solution is got but ( thanks for devs support). now i experimented and solved imei and efs partition currupted by qcn method
NOTE: ( third party qualcomm imei changing softwares will not work i tried many but no use)
steps
1. first download tools and install
2. go to qpst.exe in c:/programfiles/qualcomm/bin/qpst
3. now connect your phone open port by dialing(*#*#76937#*#) in stock
4. check whether qualcomm diagnostic port is enabled or not in device manager
5. if it shown enabled and device info its connected through diag port in qpst
6. now click software download and take backup of ur partition and save as (.qcn) and click on start it will read ur partition and
xx.qcn file will created(xx is any name)
7. now open hex editor search your imei number with [08xa] x is your starting digit of imei example(087a) for second imei click
find next option
8. now open your imei convertor and palce your imei and click convert
9. replace that converted imei in the form of hexadcimal replace with old imei same for second imei
10. important thing is while saving the file only by (save as) which is important if any mistake is happen we cant recover after
restoring in efs partition.
11. after saving again go to qpst npw go to restore option now click on start .
thats it! you got imei and signal:laugh::laugh::laugh:
i struggled 3 days for this to find correct way recover my ime
tools here
From what I understand I guess you lost your phone.
You should have your EFS partition backup as it probably contains all the IMEI information from your phone. I can't imagine an EFS partition from other phone working into yours without duplicating an existing IMEI.

Did you backup the EFS partition before starting changing ROMs over and over?
If yes, try restoring it.
If not, nothing to do.

yes i fixed even without backup of efs already , also posted fix in guide forum

Only if you check EFS partition to be made a backup, otherwise IMEI will not backup.

Sadly, the x626 (a.k.a Le S3) is a MediaTek Device, so no Qualcom Mode available.

Have you thought about rooting your phone in order to do this?
Theremay be other methods so look a bit deeper.
If you're stll stuck, try rooting and recovering. I am familliar with data recovery and know that if you reflash firmware or write new files you could easily write over old "deleted" files. However, you've got a higher chance as the ROM is max 4GB~ and the device can be no smaller than 64GB so 60GB of empty space still could have your files.
I'm probably wrong but I'm aware of the /system partition being written to dedicated block of the memory so you'll have even more chance provided you haven't filled your phone
Best of luck (If you've sorted it now, fair play!!!)
Next time, use cloud
The TWRP flash will not touch the /data partition, since it is flashed to the recovery partition.
You only have to format data once, there will be nothing going to be overwritten, in my opinion.
Of course it's without guarantee, but it's worth a try, since you stuck with recovering.
Imo is that the only chance you have.
So, go for root and disk digger.
