Download cm-12.1-YOG4PAS8A4-tomato-signed-fastboot.zip and follow the flashing steps from here.

Yes.. They are same. You can install any k3 note custom rom to a7000 plus. You just have to flash a7000 plus modem after flashing any k3 note rom through recovery.

Same as the OP, i also want to flash Lenovo A7000 plus custom ROMs Can you tell us dear sir/madam how we can flash a K3 note one as you said and flash a "patch" through recovery? Thank you so much.

As i said, just flash rom, gapps if needed and flash modem patch of a7000 plus. I've sent link. Check pm..

Without patch you won't get sim card detected and may be wifi problem too..

Ya It is very good rom. but i think sadly no one ported
Please stop creating new threads for ROM request. Also when you do have a request for a ROM port do some research yourself. Try to find if the ROM is even available for an MSM8916 device
