You can........... but when you apply any theme do not (I repeat don't) theme android system......Except that you can theme any thing like system UI or any other APP

Yes
Not 100%. When I try to design something in the system (settings...) I get a bootloop.
Small things like Navbar should work

I have OPO, it's just .apk, like any other theme Also, OPO has Full HD, so theme dont need even resize

Yeah it's a pretty good theme but it have some defaults for me, but very nice thanks a lot .

No. The people who have the 903F version enabled TW themes on stock rom by adding / modifying system software.
