Hi guys, I'm having trouble updating my N910H. I'm almost a newbie, so please take that into account.
I have a Note 4 N910H with TTT as its original region for updates. Since that region barely receives any OTA updates, I installled the stock firmware 5.1.1 from some other region, RSU if I remember correctly, might be other though.
I received an OTA for my phone, but it fails to install. After the instalation begins, it will stop at 32% and then will reboot the phone, asking me to send a report to Samsung and so on. The OTA update version is N910HXXU2CPB2/N910HOJV2CPB1/N910HXXU1COJ2
A message tells me to try updating through Smart Switch, but once I connect the phone via USB, SS will show my current OJ4 (TTT) as its lastest firmware available.
So, this is where I stand now.
Please give me a hand with this. I appreciate your help in advance.

Well the only suggestion I could give you is download the latest ROM for your model (H version) from sammobile.com and then flash it with Odin.
Something must have changed in system level in your ROM, that's why the OTA is failing. No big deal anyway.
i dont have the update in the OTA
and i want to update how to do this ?

There is no update to 7.1.1 yet.
The latest is 7.0 and this is currently being rolled out to BETA testers only.
When will I get the 7.1.1 OTA update ?
You will get it when it will come out for your phone, though you will able to flash it via Odin if you won't receive the OTA immediately. At the moment there is no 7.1.1 rom for galaxy s7

The last one in XT1562 for marshmallow 6.0.1, he has flashed sucessfully the rom but is unable to recieve any OTA updates.
He even tried flashing the OTA from the above link but he was'nt able to flash that
His device status shows modified, what should he do to get VoLTE and other OTAs?
help please if anyone has faced or knows some solution to it.

Download this version - MPD24.107-52 ASIA and not MPD24.107-70 or MPD24.107-52-5.
You will get one update for VoLTE on Jio (around 70MB OTA), and then another update for October patch bringing it up to MPD24.170-70-1.

Hello guys,
Currently have the Pie Beta 1 firmware for the S8+ Snapdragon and I'm on T-Mobile. I know T-mobile deployed the official OTA Pie update but I have not received it, I keep checking manually and nothing. I know OTA updates takes some time to appear in every device but Its been a while and nothing. Just wondering, do I receive OTA updates if I have a Pie beta firmware installed?? there is something I have to do to receive OTA updates if I have a beta firmware?? or do I have to manually flash the firmware using Odin??
Any help would be really appreciated ...... help please!!
