Hey all, I followed the instructions here and have unlocked, rooted and flashed my x10a to the generic firmware. Everything works great except that my calendar now looks different. I can't link the screenshot just yet as I don't have enough posts.
Which is fine except I can't change the colors. I've searched and tried all the tricks for changing the colors, and the sync brings the changes to all my calendar widgets, but not to the calendar app.
Is this the default look for the generic calendar app?
Is there another way to fix this?

Try using a custom rom for your phone model, the generic sometimes has display bigs, happens alot on mine since its the mini and several apps dont fit the screen.
I mean if its resolution problem.. For color change just grab a different calendar app or widget, the custom ones usually have lots more customization options.

Here are the changes I identified on the 10.3.1.A.2.67 ROM, comparing with the previous 10.3.1.A.0.244
This was obtained by unpacking, decompiling and comparing the files from both ROMs (the Generic PT ones). Naturally, identified differences in binary files cannot be translated to *what* has been changed in them.
Framework
- Volume Up / Down keys will turn the screen on while a call is in progress (very useful if you like terminating calls with the power button)
- Default wallpaper is now a black screen
- One additional short code recognized as a free number (72340, in "de")
- Key charmap now used in the handler for AT+CKPD commands

- Books updated from 2.7.39 to 2.8.69
- Chrome updated from 26.0.1410.58 to 28.0.1500.94
- new system app com.google.android.configupdater, version 4.2.2-721232

The app didn't change at all, nor did any of the /system/lib/libcamera* files.
The only related file that does have some changes is libcalh_hal.so, which has mentions to messages related with thumbnails, exposure, etc. I don't know what changes are those, nor what modifications exist on the kernel / driver side, if any.
it was best change-log so far...

Hi
After update I have no sound on my tv set thru mhl cable can someone confirm this?
Im also having problems with wifi tethering. Can be temporarily fixed by turning data on-off but comes back after a while... and honestly, its getting a bit irritating. Could it be from the new modem?

I really hate the newer version and I don't want to get stuck on it after I have installed the system update for my ZR.

Browse by folder is great.
Still no fast scroll.. Not so great.
Installed force fastscroll through xposed installer and that still doesn't resolve it. Strange since before fastscroll did randomly appear, rare but it did.
Most important:
You can now use the Widget in non-Sony launchers. YAYYY!
If Sony did the same to Photo, Clock, Weather and it would be great!

I can install the apk posted here. But still wanted to know why the update is not showing by itself...
Seems like something is messed up with update center in. 314 rom, i installed back my factory rom. 402 and i got update for walkman, album.....

I got mentioned walkman update..i have.402 fw Vodafone DE (1281-2629) previously i was on. 314 Russian generic build and i haven't had any updates

Yeah, since Sketch is updated via Update Center, there shouldn't be any problem with Update Center on .314. Maybe the Walkman app update is for those on .402 firmware.

Here as well. Only this Sketch update (I never use this childish app).
Even the 314 users should get recent update for walkman etc… This problem has been already reported in Sony support forum. Hoping to see a fix from sony soon.

I bought the Kingwear KW88 as my first smartwatch ever, I understand that if I want more watch faces, I need to install a Launcher. Not a problem, but what about the "Wrist face"? Wrist face it's the gesture face that is shown when you "turn" your wrist, and that's the most way I'll check the time, so the default one it's really ugly, any ideas on how to change it?
No, the latest firmware update allows you to use the stock launcher.

Hello guys, I just got android 10 upgrade... but before upgrading to it, I have a question. Right now I use navstar (part of good lock suite), because it has 2 features i really need... i can add on the bottom bar the icon to screenshot and also the button to turn the screen off, which i find very useful and that i dont want to get rid of.
I read navstar isnt updated to android 10... so i'm wondering, does android 10 have built in features like that, or im stuck waiting for someone to update navastar before i can upgrade to android 10? Thanks a lot!

Just updated to Android 10 on S10+: Navstar, Task Changer, Nice Shot and Quickstar do not work: applications open properly but do not implement features. Will there be a loss? At least for Navstar.
I was wondering why I could not find these apps. Hopefully they will be supported soon.
According to message given when trying to open NavStar Samsung is updating this app. They should have updated before releasing update, this is a Samsung app.

The way its going goodlock will get updated for android 10, the same time android 11 beta pops out. Then we'll start the whole waiting for a goodlock update crap again.
